Daniela is not only a super host but also a traveller made her aware about many other cultures. Helpful enough to make you feel unlost in Munich. The room is even better than i was expecting with a private door to the beautifully planted garden. I do recommend her room for any newer to munich or even repeater.

It was lovely driving around in her Fiat500, discussing her passion for dancing. I'm going to miss every bit of my stay in her lovely house. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The reception was very nice, polite, friendly and courteous. This room really much, from coffee to tea over maps of Munich and diverse literature. We were all shown and explained, otherwise we were completely undisturbed and it was very relaxing extensively. The room has the description corresponded and otherwise was all taken care of. Of the neighbors you can also get nothing, as I said quite undisturbed. 5/5, here you want to come forth.

Daniela was a fantastic host. She took the day off from work and waited for us when she did not receive our email regarding our arrival time. Her English is excellent and she's very knowledgeable about Arts, Current Affairs and introduced us to Bavarian culture, history, and even took the effort to show us how to buy train tickets from the station platform machine. The room we stayed in was spacious, with excellent sound-proofing (don't worry, the neighbourhood was charming and peaceful) which also helped to insulate from the cold temperature, which we were grateful that we didn't feel cold at night. We were able to have a lavatory for ourselves, and the WIFI/W-LAN was FAST! If you are an animal lover, Leah the dog and Jerry the cat were delightful. We had such a wonderful experience, we were glad we met Daniela :)

I thought that American companies were more practical. Airbnb charges us with 36 thousand questions and explanations after our trip. Please alleviate these questionnaires. Sven is a great host. He picked us at Central station. The house is nice, clean, comfortable, and near by the tube. Sven is very friendly that showed us around the house and go to the fest with us. We had a great time with him. Highly recommend to stay here.

Though I was delayed at my arrival (Autobahn Stau!!) they were waiting very late for my arrival and made everything problem free and I felt really comfortable right away! There are good places in the area to eat and the hosts are very helpful in guiding you. For me the loft and the hosts provided everything I needed during my stay. You feel from the first minute at home. The reception is extremely welcoming and the room is super addressed ago. Very nice modern bathroom and really everything is thought, towels, shampoo, minibar, coffeemaker with coffee, even a specially compiled folder containing all relevant information and recommendations around Munich is ready. Feels soooo home...Fantastic!! My wife and I stayed for 4 nights. Walking distance from metro station to apartment, 5 mins walk. The keyless entry, the well-equipped room, fridge, coffee machine etc. Room was very beautiful and clean, spacious, bathroom was great, clean. The bed Is firm, wake up fresh everyday, even my wife with back problem feel great too! it will take you about 20 mins to get to the city centre. The area feels safe to walk even at night, went to the nearby supermarket which closes at 8pm. Rabea and Marcel were great host, my wife was having trouble getting her visa approved, Marcel wrote us an invitation letter which was requested by the German embassy. Communications was superb, reply promptly. We arrived at 5.30am at the airport, was told that we could leave our luggage at their garage since we will be reaching earlier and will not disturb the sleep of the guest which have not check out the same day. This consideration is so good as we do not need to carry our luggage until check in time which was normally 4pm. Had a great chat with R&M as well as their lovely son, Noah. Will definitely recommend to anyone I know whom will be heading to Munich for holidays. Book with confidence, I am sure you will enjoy the stay as much as we do. Cheers!!!

We feel lucky to live in Silvia's house in Munich. Silvia is the best host I've ever met. She give us a drive when we check in and treat us with home made cuisine at our first night staying there. It is so delicious. She prepared us snacks and drinks. You will get free coffee in the morning. The room is not big but have enough space. I like the bed. You will get private bathroom and the bathtub is fantastic too. The house is located in a quiet and beautiful neibourhood. We just like Silvia so much and we highly recommand it. I had the best experience staying here with Silvia, Alex, Leon, and Tim. The warmth and energy of this family home is noticeable from the minute you cross the threshold. From chopping vegetables for family dinner, to early morning trips to the public pool, I felt immediately at home and was able to experience a local lifestyle. The Heimstetten neighborhood is beautiful and relaxing, yet a quick 10 min train ride to central Munich. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking a relaxing and true local experience.

It is a quite place with good public transportation. The family is very friendly and provided enough freedom for the guests to feel at home. The landlady also provided dinner on the first night when we came. That was very touching. We hope that everything will remain beautiful for Silvia and her family.

Everything was perfect! The apartment is very tastefully decorated and very clean. Mr. Adam was very helpful. Drinks and coffee were available. Although the S-Bahn is only 3 km, connecting with the public is a bit difficult, because the bus rarely and evenings and Sundays eventually goes garnichtmehr. Mark has done his best to compensate for this - many thanks again. Once you have a car is easy to connect. The apartment is located in a small suburb, accordingly, it is nice and quiet and you can take a walk on open field. On the other hand, we have seen a supermarket or similar nearby - something you just get beforehand and bring. Markus had us some basic food and fruit found in the apartment also a nice plus that shows that it is important to him that his guests feel comfortable.

The accommodation is spacious and comfortable. It is close to the bus stop and the Gronsdorf railway station is about 10minutes drive and Munich centre is only about 10-15 minutes from there. The closest grocery store is about 10min drive and hard to find so it is best if you have a car.

Hello! Me and my husband stayed in the bedroom for 30 days and it was a fantastic experience. Jessica and Tobias are excellent hosts, they helped us in everything and explain us the lifestyle of german people! I am very grateful to have met them because they are friendly, respectful and benevolet. Regarding the room, it was a very nice bedroom, everything was new and very clean. and the kitchen has everything that you could need.

We planned and paid for three nights at Jessica's, but found after the first night it just wasn't quite what we expected or needed, so...we suggest, you read the description carefully and make comparisons with other properties listed on Airbnb in the Munich area before you book it. Please note, you are staying with another family. They use the main floor (kitchen, eating area, family room, etc.) and sleep on the third floor, so they will have constant access to your space on the second floor as they walk up and down the stairs. Over the past decade, Jessica and her husband have been in the process of (URL HIDDEN) even though your space is clean and fresh, the rest of the house stills needs a lot of work. The night we were there we had to make our way passed a lot of clutter to get to the stairs leading to our bedrooms. And it had an odd odor. We found the mini fridge in the hall with the toaster and coffee pot on top, too cramped to be useful...and definitely missed having a sink or place to wash dishes. The kitchen downstairs isn't an option. Parking is out of the complex on a separate road. The real draw back for us was not having Internet access. We rely on the Internet even more when traveling than (URL HIDDEN) check in with work, friends, get maps, find places to eat, (URL HIDDEN) not having it was a real deal breaker.

We stayed at Jessica's over Oktoberfest and found the place perfect for our group. It was easy to get into town from the location. The house is in a great place with shops and restaurants near by. The house itself is perfect for a big group and we had a great time. Jessica is lovely and had some great advice for us and was always ready to help us. Thanks Jessica, you were a great host!

My friend and I had a wonderful experience staying with Jessica and her lovely family! She was very welcoming and did a great job making us feel comfotable and at home. The house is impeccably clean and has a nice modern style. While it is not in the heart of Munich, Ascheim is a gorgeous, family-friendly town that allows even the busiest traveler unwind in its serenity... yet it' still easily accessible to the city's S-bahn. Overall I was very pleased with my experience, and would surely stay again if I were to ever return to the area!

Bright, clean and spacious rooms and bathroom! Jessica and her lovely family were very warm-hearted, friendly and responsive to our needs during our stay. She also provided guides and maps which were very helpful and tried her best to make our trip go smooth in midst of the strike. There's no wifi (and the reason for it is very understandable) but we got a tablet with internet connection. One thing though is, it actually takes around 45 minutes from the apartment to the city center of Munich. But it's worth the ride - we love the apartment and the neighbourhood very much!

Everything was fine, a good alternative for us as visitors. Not far from the fair, you can park well outside the door, with the S-Bahn to the city center, and has plenty of room.

We stayed at the ISPO trade show in Munich and were looking for a location in the trade fair apartment. The apartment is located just 5 km from the exhibition center (without heavy traffic) and was therefore ideal for us. The hosts are friendly, the apartment was clean and pleasant. Gladly again!

Carsten was a very friendly person. Everything was very clear. The distance from the Uban station was 10 minutes of a nice semi urban walk (perhaps because of the good weather). In 50 m there was a bus station but it pass every 1 hour. Was a good choise.

Carsten is an amazing guy and very welcoming. He is very friendly and I was so comfortable during my stay. We had interesting chat with each other, he gave me his umbrella when it was raining, and basically he is helping a lot to make you feel comfortable. About the place, it was very nice and clean, you have your own shower and bathroom. It is few minutes walk to the exhibition (trade show). Also very greeny and nice area. In summery, what could I ask more? For me Carsten is more like a friend than a host! He and his girlfriend Nina will always welcome to London and I hope to see them soon. I will 100% stay at his place in Munich on my next visit.

As far as hosts go, Marc is as good as they come. Despite getting lost in München and arriving nearly an hour late, Marc was accessible, welcoming and he even spent 30 minutes providing details about the area, how to get around and what to see. Great dude. The apartment is the entire basement level of a house. Simple but very nice. The surrounding area is quaint and very quiet. There is a large field across from the house where people were picking strawberries and the homey center of Kircheim is only a few blocks away. Cool, peaceful little town. The only real drawback at all is that it is a little bit outside of München. You will need to take a bus and then the S-bahn to get into the city -- about 30 minutes total. The good news is, you can get a day pass that costs about 8€ per person, and you can use that throughout München for all buses, Ubahn and Sbahn as well. It's pretty easy. A taxi from Central Train Station will run upwards of 35€. Overall, I definitely recommend Marc's place. Great host, great apartment, great area, a little far from city center but still a fantastic value when traveling to München.

I was at Marc's apartment with a friend for 4 days and as I told him, it was simple perfect. It is clear that it is not in the center of Munich, but it is easy to reach it by public transport. It is really well-connected. The first day, Marc picked me up from the station and even went with me to buy some food and gave me some tips, he was really kind!!! Furthermore u find a lot of information at the apartment about restaurants or different events, also the S-bahn and bus schedule printed. It is as you see, really hell and clean. It makes you feel you are really at home... So, I don't have any doubt to recommend the apartment and also Marc as a really nice host!! Thanks for everything!!!

My husband and I stayed here for a couple nights and it was perfect for us! Marc was such a great host! You can tell he takes great pride in his home. The apartment was very, very, clean and in a safe neighborhood. The apartment was updated, roomy, and had a large comfortable bed- everything you need for a comfortable stay. Marc was very helpful and explained the best places to visit in Munich and how to get there. This apartment is a very short walk to a bus station that takes you to a metro to go to downtown Munich. Our only complaint is that we didn't stay longer! Highly recommended.

Marc's place was great for our short stay in Munich. He is very easy to communicate with and extremely helpful with lots of information about getting around the city.

The apartment was really great! Starting around with the smooth keys, explanation of the best rail connections and other tips. It was clean and everything there what you need. We were only there 2 days (2 nights) but had nothing to complain about. The kitchen we did not use but can say nothing at first sight was missing. We are 3-4 minutes to the next station down (P + R) and then drove 15 minutes to the city center. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area with separate entrance. Conclusion: Recommended!

Marc is a very nice guy. He was easy to communicate with and ready to help. The place in fairly spacious and well illuminate. Pics and description are very accurate. You'll find great biergartens within 10min drive. Recommended!

Nice and cosy place in an extra-quiet neighborhood, a touch of country life , 3 subway stops from Munich centre and a warm welcome from Sven.

Sven was very kind and helpful. The room was as the one described in the picture and the rest of the house is also wonderful. The position of the house is a bit far from the centre, but all the important parts of Munich are easily reachable with the S2 in maximum 20 minutes. I would really reccomend this Host.

Sven was very friendly and very nice to chat to. I was there to visit the trade fair and his place is very close to it and there is a direct bus connection to the Messe. Everything was as described and promised, Sven is very true to his word. I felt very confortable there and would gladly stay there again.

Enjoyed staying in Silkes apartment which is well equiped and clean. Quiet suburb was great for our kids who especialy enjoyed meeting new friends. Full recomendation.

A Kuzwochenende in Munich - We liked it very well. The apartment is very spacious, beautiful and looks just like the pictures. The bathroom was for the girls the dream. 20 minutes to the city center ... 20 minutes to Therme Erding ... very well located. The hostess / families are very nice ... it all worked great. Great place to stay overnight if you're travelling to Austria. Close to the highway, very clean, gigantic bathroom, good beds... I would stay here again.

20 minute drive from city centre. Very nice, clean, bright and spacious apartment on the top floor of a family house. There is no kitchen but a great bakery just 3 min drive that serves meals as well. The hosts were very friendly and helpful in anyway they could. Would stay there again if in Munich.

Clean modern home, everything is high-tech. Very spacious, can easily accomodate a family.
