Fantastic location, right in the center u yet very quiet m mountain view+ TG Stellpl. Cozy & quiet with large terrace & mountain views

The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.

Apartment with combined living room approx. 34 m2 and cozy. Double bed 1,60x2.0m with new mattresses sofa bed, enclosed kitchen with large refrigerator and four-burner stove with baking compartment. Coffee machine, cot possible, bathroom with tub , large covered balcony , sun from noon to evening , centrally located directly for skiing ,hiking trails The spa tax with 3.20 per person is added ,is directly transferred to the spa administration by me as a landlord
