Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

In the quiet village center of Haiming, on the 1st floor of our large, older house, we have two rooms, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet with what we have at our disposal, nicely furnished. At the entrance of the Ötztal, we are easily accessible by train or bus (about 10 or 3 minutes on foot) and car (P by the house) and connected to Innsbruck and all leisure activities in this region. Farm shop, baker, butcher are around the corner, 5 min to the "MiniEKZ" in the village.

Friendly, bright, quiet Garconniere with balcony. The place is ideal for a stopover in transit. The ski resorts of Kühtai, Seefeld and Hochötz are a 30-minute drive away. Other ski resorts, the Ötztal, a golf course and the Area47 are also very close. The property is located directly on the Inntal Cycling Path. Mötz is about 35 km west of Innsbruck, 25 minutes by car. The train station is 10 minutes walk from the property, Innsbruck can be reached in about 35 minutes by train.
