"La Dama" - Two-room apartment Vista Mare

The apartment is located on the second floor of a beachfront complex on Canneto beach on the island of Lipari which can be reached by crossing the road! Furthermore, the accommodation has a beautiful private terrace close to the beach which, according to our customers, is the most requested and most appreciated attraction in our reviews. On the ground floor of the same building, the convenience of a supermarket with fresh fruit and a butcher's shop. At 15 meters the bus stop for the center.

The apartment is part of the house where the only owner lives consisting of a large bedroom with a split double bed,air conditioning, an air conditioning, an anti-bathroom, a full bathroom with a shower, a kitchen equipped with everything you need, sofa and television. Also a large terrace overlooking the sea with a covered part for lunch and relaxation and a wonderful view of panarea and stromboli A private staircase leads to the beautiful baietta below with a wonderful sea.

The apartment "Attico sul mare" is located in front of the bay of Canneto is 50 mt from the sea and about 100 mt from the pier from where boats depart for excursions to the other islands, bus stop 20 mt. The house enjoys a veranda terrace with a breathtaking sea view. It has 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen equipped with all comforts (satellite TV W-FI dishwasher coffee machine double sofa bed)adjacent to the terrace equipped with table chairs sofa and deckchairs.

Small air-conditioned penthouse 50 meters from the sea

In the beautiful bay of Canneto, 4 km from the center of Lipari, facing east , where the sun rises behind the islands of Panarea and Stromboli , 100 steps from the sea you will find the small Attic . The area is well served by restaurants ,bars , pizzerias and supermarkets , scooter rental, boat rental, and last but not least, the small pier where small/medium boats depart during the day and night to discover the other beaches of the same Lipari and the other islands

From the terrace you will have the pleasure of admiring a breathtaking view of Lipari. The house is a small part of a typical countryside house. There is an open living room with a kitchen zone - in this room it is possible to open up a divan bed, or if you prefer two single beds. In the bedroom there is a double bed, and when necessary there is enough space to add a single bed. The bathroom has a shower and there is also an outdoor shower on the terrace.

The house is in Canneto, a small fishing village. It is located 2 ' from the beach and from the bus stop which in 15' leads to Lipari. The apartment is located on the first floor of a villa, property of the owner, built in Aeolian style in 2012, surrounded by a quiet garden in an elegant setting. It is air conditioned in summer and winter, and equipped with all comforts. Consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom, terrace, solarium.
