The area is close to the beaches of Aquidneck Island, the fabulous Cliff Walk and is three miles from Naval Station Newport. The property is well kept and offers off street parking. There is also a small deck with awning which offers a scenic and private place to relax. Two night minimum! Apartment is attached to a two hundred year old farmhouse. This extra large area IN MY HOME is perfect for a summer or weekend getaway. Walk to Easton's Beach just about 3/4 miles away. Second Beach is close at 1.5 miles away. Downtown Newport is about 2 miles from house. There are several steps which lead to door so you must be able to walk up about 15 steps.

You'll love this basement apartment in our home in the quiet neighborhood of Common Fence Point. Parking is available in the driveway outside your private entrance to the apartment. Full size windows for fresh air and lots of natural light. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and the living room has a trundle bed which makes 2 twin beds.
