Beautiful, fully furnished approx. 45 sqm attic apartment on the edge of the Dölauer Heide in the green and quiet district of Halle-Dölau. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor / top floor of our beautiful, historic villa from 1904. The apartment can accommodate 2 adult guests and a maximum of 2 children. The apartment has a large bathroom with shower, a living and sleeping area with open kitchen and dining area. The built-in kitchen is new and fully furnished.

Mitten im Naturschutzgebiet findet man die Ruhe, die für Entspannung gebraucht wird.
