Beautifully renovated apartment in a super location in Calpe. Very close to everything such as shops, restaurants and the beach. Carolina is also always ready in case there are problems.

Had a fabulous stay at Enriques place! Very helpful, the apartment was exactly how it looks in the photos. Comfortable beds, great location, easy to walk to the beach. Very clean and tidy, Enrique was very helpful and let us check in early. Great apartment and fantastic value for money

Excellent place to disconnect and feel at home. Beautiful Urbanization with gardens and very well cared for pool. A very quiet area to rest and recharge batteries. Tiffanny's impeccable cleanliness and kindness to solve fabulous doubts. In short, excellent choice. I would definitely go back. Thank you very much for everything

We loved the apartment: not only is it decorated with a lot of style and good taste, but also the location is ideal if you are looking to disconnect. It is a little out of the way from the center, which makes it perfect to rest with peace of mind. The pool was another big plus - practically for us alone throughout the stay. A hidden gem, we would definitely come back!

We liked the apartment very much, especially the beautiful view of the sea. The building where the apartment is located is also very clean. The locals are very friendly and the pool invites you to relax. We liked that it was not directly in the party area and you had your peace. The apartment is wonderfully equipped - we'd love to come back!!

The location on Benidorm beach couldn't be better. Very nice apartment with easy access to the beach. Also a great garage if you have a car. You can hear the ocean from the bedroom while sleeping which is such a nice thing to enjoy on vacation. The kitchen is well equipped, and they leave things like salt and olive oil for guest use. Plus plenty of toilet paper, washing machine tablets, and towels. The only negative was they accused us of loosing / taking one of the community blue bands. Which was very strange. We received two, and we left two. It was eventually resolved, but we still felt quite bad about the accusation.

We rent this apartment for a month and were super satisfied. From the beginning, Fernando was very kind and clear with the instructions. We gave great recommendations for delicious restaurants and even support us with booking. The apartment is super comfortable and clean. You have everything to have a great time. The location is excellent, just minutes walking from the restaurant and bar area and very close to the beach. Xavea is beautiful!! We loved everything and will be re-running Fernando's apartment.

Apartment in good and secure location , easy to get to the beach or the strip with clubs and bars in the evening Supermarket nearby with everything you need , water park close , we walked to the park and back . Check in was flexible and arranged for us an early check in to drop the bags earlier as our flight was in the morning To find the apartment was a bit tricky as after you pass the gate you don't know were to go , we waited until the cohost came down to get us . Unfortunately Sandrine wasn't available on the day but was all sorted at the end . I highly recomand this apartment

Very nice Appartement / House in Cullera. Plenty of space for families. Great sea view. Raul is a great host. Easy to reach, fast reactions, great tips, Helpful and friendly. It's located in a living area nearly on the top of the hill. Nearby the beaches of Cullera and not far from restaurants, shopping possibilities and the city center. The kitchen is well sorted, you have a private garage, washingmachine, TV, Projector and a private Jacuzzi as well as a Pool (shared within the building complex).

House is spacious, modern and very well equipped. Fede and Michelle are very possitive and could fell good vibrations from them and same when you are in the house. Please note that a car is strongly recommended.

Excellent Villa, in a quiet area only 15 mins from Xabia for shopping, beach and Restaurants. Well equipt villa with lots of space.

Very nice and large house, perfectly equipped for a great family stay. We were very well received and found everything on site to be comfortable upon arrival. Tuomas, Federico and Giulia were very responsive and always available to help us throughout the stay. Fluid and enjoyable communication. I would highly recommend this rental!

The house is fantastic, and Sergio is wonderful to host. We booked the house in 2019 and due to the pandemic, for two years we were unable to attend and they booked it for us. It has given us a lot of facilities in terms of arrival as it has been as comfortable as possible. We will definitely be back!

Marina’s place was absolutely wonderful! We stayed as two families and had plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 small children. The apartment itself was immaculate and decorated to an incredibly high spec. There was ample bedding, towels, and cleaning products to feel like you were at a home from home. Marina provided travel cots for our stay which was well appreciated. Let her know if you need a high chair as there wasn’t one at the apartment, though I am sure she would provide this. The complex itself is clearly a high-end, luxury space. The facilities were top notch (gym and heated pool in October/November) and well maintained. The apartment is about a 30 minute stroll to the old town along the sea front, which was lovely. There is a Coaliment supermarket about 10 minutes away, towards the old town, which is where we did most of our shopping. There are ample places to eat and drink within moments of the apartment. Marina communicated well throughout our stay - we will be back!

We had a wonderful 15 days! Sylvain was very sensitive to our well-being . Not to mention Giles and Gisèle who were there with us so we lacked nothing! The photos and descriptions were accurate to the listing Great place to have a pleasant holiday the accommodation is very well located, peaceful: 800 meters from the sea, shops nearby, the very beautiful town of Dénia is only 15 min by car. Anyway, you can go ahead!!! Anyway, we'll go back. Herve and Delphine

We came 7 people and the apartment was ideal. Amazing location in front of the beach, restaurants in the area and super cool inside. Excellent communication with the host and co-hosts. We recommend it 100%

Perfect apartment for 4 people. Quite large and with 2 terraces. Perfect location. Everything is very clean and with details that are appreciated such as extra towels, change sheets, gel and brand new shampoo in each of the two bathrooms.... To get an idea, it is the first and only apartment, hotel or cottage, in which I have not grima/disgust, that the shower curtain rubs me. I think it's the best definition of the cleanliness of the apartment. Yuri has responded immediately to the few inquiries we have had to make. Still at risk that next year, "nos nos quit", in Caesar what is Caesar's. I definitely wanted to stay at this apartment. Thank you for doing so well Yuri!

just like the photos have a lot of utensils, the only thing is equipped with the only heat, although it has a ceiling fan, everything is super clean, everything is very well

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Attila’s fabulous apartment. It is new, spotless, well appointed and perfectly located. Attila was onsite when we arrived. We were very pleased to meet him. He was both friendly and professional. The apartment furniture was very comfortable…especially the bed and pillows. We slept really well. When visiting Benidorm, we will definitely stay in his apartment again.

We really enjoyed Nancy's apartment and felt like home. It was very clean, equipped and arranged very nicely. The view is also great, and the location is excellent, close to shops, terraces and the beach. Overall it was a great experience and I recommend it to anyone.

Thank you Seawings for our stay in May 2025. Apartment was as clan, all beds felt like new and as described. Communication was very fast and responsive. Perfect amenities and very clean lots of thing to do even with a 9yr old. Just a brisk 25 min walk to Benidorm old town.

We were left stranded in Benidorm after another AirBNB cancelled on us when we were outside the property. We found Alfredo’s listing as a close by alternative (much better in my opinion) and contacted him to see if he could facilitate a same day booking. Alfredo responded very quickly with clear instructions and help. Thanks to him we didn’t have to sleep on the beach that evening. The apartment was beautiful, in a good location close to the beach, and local amenities near by. Noise from the street was to be expected, but beds were super comfortable and we all enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much for such a wonderful trip!
