You can breathe and enjoy the view of the surrounding nature, the countryside to the city. Fully equipped for 4 people with a double bedroom (150 cm bed) and a sofa bed (140 cm). It is located in Saint Benoit, 10 min from the CHU, 10 min from the city center of Poitiers and 20 min from Futuroscope.

Récemment rénové, il dispose d’une cuisine équipée avec un espace repas, d’une salle de bain avec baignoire, d’une chambre et d’un séjour avec télévision.
