The neighborhood is quiet. Walks in the forest, bike rides, beach, shore fishing, visits to the tourist sites of Noirmoutier (markets, ports, castle, nature reserve of the polder of Sebastopol), will be activities not to be missed.

Studio facing the sea with a large balcony facing south-southwest to the 8th with elevator. Equipped kitchen where you will find everything you need...
