The accommodation is equipped with a sofa bed on the ground floor that accommodates 2 additional people. The bathroom is upstairs and has a toilet, with handwasher, on each floor.

The hiking trail, the Haute Vilaine trail, is at the foot of the house and a nautical base 15 km away. A supermarket and bakery are 5 km away.

Présence d un deuxième escalier type meunier pour accéder à une troisième pièce mais pas recommandé pour les enfants en bas âge , ni pour les personnes à mobilité réduite .
