The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Old house, eco-friendly renovation

The rehabilitation of the house was just completed in June 2020. We renovated it with eco-friendly materials (lime-hemp, cellulose wadding, water-based paints, reclaimed materials...). The atmosphere is soothing. A south-facing terrace overlooks the 2,000 m² garden where you can enjoy nature in peace. The house is classified as 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. In addition, the disability tourism labeling is in progress.

Charming studio, adjoining our house but independent, renovated with eco-friendly products. Located close to the river (150 m) and its many hiking trails. Half an hour from the sea, 25 minutes from O Gliss Park and 50 minutes from Puy du Fou, La Roche-sur-Yon 15 km away and many tourist sites will also seduce you. The cottage is close to family-friendly activities (walking near a lake, fishing, cycling, amusement parks (tree climbing and water parks, etc.), karting, the sea nearby (20 min) ideal for surfing, sailing, and the cultural richness of the Vendée. You'll love my place because of its quiet location in the countryside with its large outdoor spaces. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families.
