Come and immerse yourself in a green setting and let yourself be lulled by bird song. You'll also enjoy eating on your private terrace with stunning views. This independent accommodation is located above our house. Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool and garden. The bottom of the garden overlooks the lake, kayaks are available to you.

For a real vacation

This house is our vacation home, we have a great time with our 3 children and we would like it to accommodate travelers passing through the Atlantic coast... The house is nicely located, 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac, very quiet. All errands can be accomplished on foot or by bike. The 400 m2 garden is enclosed and wooded. There's a parking spot. Ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends.

Charming rural gîte for 8 people, 130 m2 in the heart of the Vendée countryside, fully enclosed terrace... Close to the sea... (15 min from the beaches...), Puy du Fou (50 min), enjoy beautiful walks around Lake St-Vincent-sur-Graon (pedal boat and paddle rental)... Close to shops, 5 min drive. Peaceful place, parties, evenings and gatherings are not allowed.... The beds will be made when you arrive to allow you to make the most of your stay...

Wing of Vendéen House, 11 people, 20 km from the beaches.

Ideal for families with children, quiet and in nature, 20 km from the beaches of La Tranche-sur-Mer and La Grière, we welcome you in a wing of an 18th century Vendéen Logis that we are gradually restoring and of which we occupy the other part. Activities around us: O'fun park, O'gliss park, Château des Aventuriers, we are also located 55 minutes from Puy du Fou, you will appreciate the calm and charm of the countryside and close to the sea.

Country accommodation 15 minutes from the beaches, 70 m²

The cottage is located in the countryside in a secluded place 5 kms from all amenities. It is close to activities suitable for families (ride near a lake, fishing, biking, amusement parks (adventure and aquatic, etc.), karting, the nearby sea (20 min) ideal for surfing, sailing, and the cultural richness of the Vendée. You will appreciate my accommodation for its quiet location in the countryside with its large outdoor spaces.

Old house, eco-friendly renovation

The rehabilitation of the house was just completed in June 2020. We renovated it with eco-friendly materials (lime-hemp, cellulose wadding, water-based paints, reclaimed materials...). The atmosphere is soothing. A south-facing terrace overlooks the 2,000 m² garden where you can enjoy nature in peace. The house is classified as 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. In addition, the disability tourism labeling is in progress.
