Entièrement rénové notre gîte peut accueillir 4 ou 6 personnes, il comprend : 1 pièce de vie cuisine ouverte, salon avec canapé convertible, salle à manger avec billard, 1 salle d’eau douche à l’italienne et wc séparés, 2 chambres avec lits 140X190 et dressing. Une terrasse avec store banne, salon de jardin, barbecue, bains de soleil et cabanon avec toilettes et douche. Un jardin avec piscine (couverte et chauffée de mi avril à fin septembre), balançoire, table ping-pong et terrain de boules.

The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

Take it easy at this unique and particularly tranquil getaway with exceptional views of Lake Marillet and our swimming pool. This independent accommodation is located above our house. Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool and garden. The bottom of the garden overlooks the lake, kayaks are available to you.
