The accommodation is located 30 minutes from the sea, 45 minutes from the Puy du Fou, near the vineyards Mareuillais and at the door of the marshes poitevins. The shops are about 4 km. The start of a small hike of 3km is located next to the studio and will allow you to enjoy the surrounding nature.

Old house, eco-friendly renovation

The rehabilitation of the house was just completed in June 2020. We renovated it with eco-friendly materials (lime-hemp, cellulose wadding, water-based paints, reclaimed materials...). The atmosphere is soothing. A south-facing terrace overlooks the 2,000 m² garden where you can enjoy nature in peace. The house is classified as 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. In addition, the disability tourism labeling is in progress.

This charming love nest has been fully renovated with a cosy atmosphere inspired by a luxury hotel suite. Relax in the private double jacuzzi bathtub and enjoy a peaceful stay in a quiet street, just a few minutes from the train station and 13 minutes from the beach promenade and harbour.

On a closed and wooded plot of 3600 m², this basement studio with an area of 40 m² is completely renovated. Northwest facing, it is bright and sunny. Ideally located in the countryside and 15 minutes from the sea, you can fully enjoy these two assets. Pets are allowed (we have a dog, a cat and a pony). A pool is located in the front part of the property, so children will be placed under parental supervision.

Located within the ATEEPEEK campsite, this bungalow is situated under the fir trees. It has a semi-covered terrace. All the necessary equipment for your stay is included. You only need to bring sheets, bath towels, linens, and consumables. It is not overlooked and has private parking.
