Holiday rentals with lake access in Saint-Vincent-sur-Graon

Karen is an awesome host, providing superior service. I had the opportunity to stay with two hosts in the same resort in successive days. If i had to do it again, I would have booked the entire stay with Karen.

We had a very nice stay with the family, the location is quiet and peaceful, a large room pleasant to live in and friendly and accommodating hosts. We were able to bring our dogs there. 10-15 minutes from the city center on foot, Super U and good restaurant nearby. Top 👍

Anne welcomed us in person and was able to arrange our arrival and departure times. The house was as described. A peaceful harbor. The large bay window opening onto the shaded terrace allowed us to eat outside.

We put the car (in a secure place) and visited the sands of olonne for three days by bike really very pleasant, because close to the center, the beaches ... It makes you want to come back!! We had a great time. Very comfortable apartment and good location. The activities at Lake Bourgenay were great for the kids. The only downside, but not Mireille's responsibility, was that the large pool slides were closed "because it was low season". However, the pool was very busy, it's a shame. But the pool water had the merit of being heated. The nearby mini-golf is very nice. We also enjoyed the electric boats, the welcome in the restaurants and the nearby beach. To be repeated!

Very well located, perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated apartment. The location is ideal in Montaigu, close to all shops and restaurants. Perfect for visiting the region: only 30 minutes from Puy du Fou, 40 minutes from Nantes, and close to the Vendée coast. We had a great time, I highly recommend it.

Quietly located, clean apartment, equipped with all the essentials for a small vacation stay. Lots of greenery around (golf park). Nicolas gave very precise instructions so that check-in etc. were easy and was always friendly and responsive.

The little extra is the positioning of the accommodation on the edge of the camping area, so it's quite quiet and with a view of the lake. 😀 I recommend both the accommodation and the Concierge. Beautiful accommodation, authentic, no fuss, everything is planned for a pleasant stay. Lots of attention for children with board games for all ages, costumes, outdoor games. 35 minutes from Puy du Fou, 50 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne.... We appreciate the basic necessities to be immediately comfortable (laundry, soap, groceries, enough to have lunch...) as well as the beds made. We also appreciate the possibility of going to see the animals, picking a strawberry or collecting an egg... Excellent value for money!!!

Monique's house exceeded all our expectations. If you wanted peace and quiet then Chateau-Guibert is the place for you. The house is set in beautiful gardens with a wonderful view of the small fishing lake. There are no shops - only a baguette dispenser! - but Mareuil sur Lay Dissais was only about 5kms away by car. This was a charming village. The pool at the house made it as the coast is about an hour's drive away. We did go to La Rochelle and Les Sables D'Olonne and the coast inbetween, all about an hour's drive away as well. The house itself was extremely comfortable and very well kitted out - there was everything you could possibly need and more. Several different seating areas outside as well. Monique could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. It was a delight to meet her. We would highly recommend this holiday home, and would be very happy to return here.
