Located 5 minutes' walk from the beautiful beaches of Saint Vincent sur Jard, the famous house of Clémenceau and the forest, 30 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne and 45 minutes from La Rochelle. Ile de Ré is right across the street. The cycle path (Vélodyssée) passes in front of the house. It contains a beautiful 40 m² living room with lounge, dining room and kitchen, it is very bright, south facing. Decor and furniture are well maintained.

My accommodation is 300 m from the beach and the village on foot. Cozy and pleasant, a real haven of peace. It has its particular entrance through the garage. It is located on the ground floor of the villa (pool level). It is in a villa. In a fenced property, you will enjoy the sea air, the squirrels in the fir trees as well as the convenience of an active village with its port and shops. You will appreciate my accommodation for its location, comfort and calmness with also the sound of the sea!
