New bathroom and toilet, kitchen, underfloor heating and two lovely bedrooms. The house overlooks the fjord, field and forest on a large natural plot including herb and sensory garden. The old barn building, with large glass sections, is directly adjacent to the herb garden. The building has been converted into a studio with room for 6 dining guests.

The house is located within walking distance to a cozy beach, close to small unique shops. Enjoy your stay in this old cozy market town. The whole area offers beautiful nature, which is ideal for walking or cycling. On the edge of Nysted there is a bird sanctuary, a small marina, ice house and restaurants as well as several playgrounds. In addition to this, Kettinge swimming pool is close by

The house is located in a quiet residential area, at the end of a closed road. Close to forest, water, city and highway access and exit. Only 10 km to Knuthenborg Safari Park and 5 km to Krenkerup Estate with Brewery-Tractor Museum. Only 24 km to the Crocodile Zoo and 30 km to the Fehmarn Belt Tunnel. We live 45 km from the southernmost point in Denmark, Sydstenen in Gedser. Stone sculptures with music Dodekalitten in Kragenæs just 27 km away, where there is also the possibility to take the ferries to the islands of Fejø, Femø and Askø.

Huset har wifi, stereo cd afspiller og fjernsyn samt en skøn samling af brætspil og bøger til fordybelse under opholdet. Huset er til 6 personer med adgang til hele boligen.

I gårdbutikken er der friskbagte surdejsbrød, gårdhonning og nylagte æg. Vi har bordtennis, bordfodbold og dart i vores hyggelige lade. Om aftenen kan I lave pizza i den brændefyrede stenovn og nyde gårdspladsen med et glas af vores håndbryggede fadøl. Smuk lukket have med siddepladser, udepejs og drivhus. I haven går seks høns i indhegning og til hus og have hører også en meget kælen og social langhåret kat.
