Die Wohnung ist neu gestaltet: Wohnküche mit Kochinsel, Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, 2 Schlafzimmer (KingSize Bett 1,60 m breit), modernes Bad mit Dusche. Garten mit Pool Benutzung. Zum Bahnhof(Bermatingen-Ahausen) sind es ca. 5 Gehmin, Bäcker, Metzger, Apotheke, Bank ca. 2-3 Gehmin, Supermarkt ca. 10 Gehmin. Zum Bodensee: Meersburg 8km, Friedrichshafen 16 km.

Attic studio with 180° lake view & direct lake access

We have lovingly renovated our house from 1608. At the very top under the roof is the studio, with stunning views. The Mediterranean garden with fireplace can also be used. As well as sports equipment such as SUP and others. Even a motorboat can be used for a fee. Are you looking for the tranquility and idyll of Lake Constance and appreciate the many activities around the lake? Then you have come to the right place! By the way: It's also pleasantly cool here in the summer.

Family suite with sauna area (XXL family bed)

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

The studio has been specially equipped to meet the needs of solo travelers. It is furnished to a high standard. Not far from the lake and the city center. After a few steps you will reach the shore of Lake Constance and the city center, from where you can reach any boat connection on Lake Constance. Numerous event options are available in the Lake Constance region. From May to October, our seasonal pool in the beautiful courtyard is available to all guests

On the outskirts of Scheidegg, one of the sunniest communities in Germany, is the cozy apartment. The perfect starting point for your active vacation. Here you will find numerous leisure activities in the immediate vicinity. Hiking in the Alps, a boat trip on Lake Constance or a bike tour through the Allgäu. Very nice wooden log cabin on large property with large natural pond. Very quiet surroundings on the edge of the forest. Ideal for people looking for peace and quiet. Two bathrooms with shower and bathtub. Beautifully landscaped garden with garden furniture to linger. 1/2 hour to Lake Constance and an hour to Munich. 15 minutes from the new Center Park. You can also buy day tickets there.
