Cozy family summer house right down to the beach. In the house there is room for 6 adults and 1 child, during the summer months there is a cozy annex with room for 4 adults. The cottage is located down to one of Denmark's most beautiful child-friendly beaches. Here is ample opportunity for lovely walks along the beach, sharp catch and a beat mini golf on Denmark's oldest mini golf course. During the summer months, there are several good takeaway options in the area. The cottage was renovated in 2019, with respect for the history of the house.

Relax in this unique and quiet space. 80 sqm cottage on 2 floors with room for 4 people at Funen's best beach. On the 1st floor there is an open kitchen-living room, dining area and direct exit to large terrace, with lounge furniture and 180 degrees unique sea view. The ground floor has two double bedrooms, a bathroom, an extra room with a desk, and a washer/dryer. In the garden there is a large wooden terrace with lounge and dining furniture. In addition, there is an outdoor shower. Wifi/Fibernet available

Unique cottage with sea views and direct access to sandy beach, just 25 METERS away. Free use of outdoor furniture, shelter, gas grill, sea kayaks and paddle board. Only 1 km from the sought-after port town of Ballen with many restaurants and shops. The cottage has its own kitchen, bathroom and patio with outdoor furniture. Duvets and pillows are included. Bed linens and towels can be rented for DKK 75 per person per stay or bring your own. Perfect for a relaxing seaside getaway with lots of activities.

A charming cottage of 123 square meters that was completely modernized and remodeled in 2016. Appear bright and friendly. Three different shower facilities, one of which is outside the home, which is great when you have been out in the sea and swimming. Located in secluded nature by the sea. The view of the large meadow that is an extension of the garden often allows for seeing deer, pheasants, and more. There are good shopping opportunities in the area including gourmet restaurants.

Stauns 10 C with hanging wagon

The house 10 C is a totally renovated south wing of a historic wood frame house from 1680, located in the cosy village Stauns, with a small dinghy harbour and a excellent starting point for kayak and canoe sailing on the nature reserve Stauns Fjord. It's not a summerhouse area due to preservation. The house has floor heating and a stove and as you can see a unik fusion of new and old.
