Monthly Rentals in San Diego

I stayed for 30 days and had a great experience. Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. The host was super friendly, responsive, and made everything easy. Check-in was smooth, and the instructions were clear. The room looked exactly like the photos and had all the essentials. Great for someone with a busy lifestyle. I found street parking nearby almost every day, which was super convenient. The only minor downside was the shared wall. I could occasionally hear the other guest, but it wasn’t too disruptive. Also, the skylight doesn’t have a cover, so sunlight comes in early. I personally enjoyed waking up with the sun, but if you’re sensitive to light, bring an eye mask. Lol Overall, I loved the place and would definitely stay here again!

Had an amazing time staying here. This was the perfect situation for me and what I needed for my long-term (around 3 month) stay. The location was very central to so many different areas, whether that was Downtown, Balboa Park, Mission Bay, etc. Additionally, Betsy was a great host who was always very proactive about communicating if something was going on with the house (such as a maintenance guy coming over). Would definitely recommend the stay

Our time at Jeff’s place was amazing. Very nice studio with everything that you need, it was very cozy and calm. It straight away felt like home away from home! Jeff was also an amazing host, if I needed some help with something he would always help me, and he was always very friendly. I would for sure stay here again if i am going back to San Diego:)

I had a lovely stay. I felt very comfortable and relaxed and could count on Barbara and her daughter Jordynn for responsiveness. The other people in the house were very welcoming and everything was kept very clean.
