The resort staff was exceptional. Very helpful, friendly, and accommodating.

Kim’s place was the perfect little home away from home for a week. Our 7yo loved that the beach was just a short walk away, and he spent plenty of time enjoying the pool as well. There was plenty of breeze with the windows open so we didn’t miss the AC. Our only complaint was the Internet service was super spotty and slow, so even streaming videos was almost impossible. Overall, we loved our stay though and would definitely be happy to return again! The place was clean and had everything else we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay!

This location was fantastic. Everything was as described and we were so happy with our stay. As listed in the postings, the people trying to sell timeshares are VERY pushy but we had our 2 and 4 year old with us so we just remained very stern with the fact that we weren’t interested and kept walking away until they stopped. Beautiful room with a lot of walkable restaurants and so close to the beach! We loved it.

This is a great little place. It is walk-able to Balboa Park (and the zoo, if you want to add some steps to your day at the zoo). It was clean. Comfortable. It was a bit far from downtown for my little's legs, but for grown ups and bigger kids the walks would be no problem. Having a little kitchen was super. I did not attend the time-share presentation. The only thing i did not care for is the bathroom light was motion detecting, and super bright. So it would turn off while showering, and getting up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night was blinding. It is possible there is a way to turn it on and off to stay on or off, but i did not figure it out.

El único detalle es que los vecinos de abajo se quejan del ruido aún cuando estamos solo caminando y haciendo las actividades normales, por lo que creo que es muy fácil que se oigan sonidos hacia el depa de abajo, así que tienes que estar caminando con cuidado y en puntitas prácticamente

we had a great time at Kim's place! the unit was very spacious! walking distance to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants. we drove to Legoland one of the days and it wasn't far at all. we hope to be back again soon!

We played a few golf courses in the San Diego area and our stay was perfect! Great location, amenities and the rooms were spotless. Will stay again if ever in the area!

Very nice place by the pool in a beautiful property. You can walk to the beach in just two minutes and reach a quiet, uncrowded area. The scenery and the beach walk are absolutely lovely. The location is close to Solana Beach downtown, where you will find plenty of restaurants, bars, and spots for breakfast or relaxing after a day at the beach. Kim is very helpful and extremely responsive. I highly recommend this place for a peaceful stay in San Diego.

Beautiful home. Amazing rooftop pool view. Spacious livingroom. Beautiful kitchen. Beds are super comfortable. This is the best place i have stayed in Tijuana . 24 hour security so you are not alone walking to your car. Super big livingroom t.v great for movies with the family.

Maribel siempre estuvo atenta desde antes que llegara al alojamiento, siempre se portó muy amable, el lugar es acogedor tiene todo lo que uno puede necesitar está cerca de plaza monarcas y es un lugar tranquilo sin ruido

Lucy was a great host. There was a miscommunication on my end and Lucy was extremely cooperative. Area is nice and clean and is gated and secured if you have a vehicle.

Of the 5-6 places I have stayed in TJ, this was the best, hands down. Amazing views, nice neighborhood, easy to find, super clean, great amenities (jacuzzi was unfortunately not heated and I wish the gym had more equipment, but it was enough for a quick vacation workout), quiet building, very secure, the host was excellent in communication. I will try to stay here every time I come to TJ going forward.

Fue fácil y rápido comunicarme con Fabián, el alojamiento es muy agradable y limpio, tiene todo lo necesario para estar Agusto, tiene estacionamiento seguro y tiene acceso rápido a la zona Río, ampliamente recomendable.

Raul fue un excelente anfitrión, al llegar, él amablemente me dio la bienvenida, me explicó un poco de los alrededores (lugares de comida, donde hacer las compras y otros lugares), charlamos un poco y su estancia bastante cómoda y agradable.

Excelente servicio y comodo hospedaje!

Lugar demasiado limpio, ordenado y acogedor, demasiadas cosas útiles para la cocina, tal cual una casa con todo lo indispensable, lugar tranquilo y muy céntrico, anfitrión demasiado amable y respetuoso, sin duda volvería alojarme de nuevo, mi estancia estuve demasiado a gusto y tranquila!!! 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

I stayed at Adrian's for one month. I highly recommend to stay here at the studio. Adrian is very helpful and friendly. The studio is comfortable and has a beautiful view of Tijuana. The neighborhood is calm and safe and located well to access the rest of the city and the Otay border. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Tijuana.
