Holiday rentals with a patio in San Giovanni La Punta

Had a very nice stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful view of Mount Etna from one balcony where we could have breakfast in the shade in the morning. But if we wanted sun, we would sit on the other balcony overlooking the sea and the garden below. If we had any questions, Aretas responded very quickly and kindly. We soon felt at ease and we were very happy with the parasol that was present. The restaurant opposite the apartment complex is recommended! The Airbnb is a pleasant base for surrounding cities and nature reserves.

Accommodation in an attractive, quiet location. Secure parking. Tastefully furnished, super clean apartment with everything you need. Nice surprise in the form of refreshments after a challenging journey to welcome you. Excellent communication with Giampiero.

We will be back. Fantastic service. Very quiet neighbours. Feeling from home to home with Marco and his wonderful, dynamic and enthusiastic family. They love their work. Great value for money. Best restaurant recommendations. Tours, swims in the ocean, a fascinating city. We did most events by foot, train and bus.

We were very pleased with our stay. Carla is a very nice and always available hostess who makes you feel well taken care of. The apartment is very nice overall. The beds were comfortable, and both the linens and towels were clean. Our personal highlight was the view...simply fantastic! We also liked the pool area, but the loungers were unfortunately a bit uncomfortable. Convenient: There are two paths into town. Unfortunately, we only discovered easier and faster access after a few days...a little tip for future guests to take a look around right at the beginning. Overall we had a very nice time and can absolutely recommend the place. Thank you, Carla, for the warm hospitality!

Spent a very nice 3 nights here, and very happy with our stay. Had excellent pizzas at local restaurants recommended by Gabriella, and nearby bakery was top notch. Absolutely requires a car. If you can handle Sicilian driving then the driveway is not a big deal. Plan on 1 hour drives to Etna, Taormina, Catania.

Super clean and nice apartment. The stair up to the apartment is a bit steep and narrow, but once inside it is worth it :) Good communication with the host. We liked the area, quite and genuine but still walking distance to the more busy and central areas.

Gennaro and his family are great and very kind hosts. Flat is located in clean and safe modern part of town just 20 minutes walk from Piazza del Duomo, trough authentic streets, old buildings, parks and local markets. AliBus Connection with Airport is perfect, AliBus station is just in the front of the building. Central bus station is 10 minutes walk down the streat. Local food stores and Lidl are located next to the building. Restaurants that Gennaro recommend are close and affordable with good food on the menu. Definitely we will come back again, highly recommend!

This en-suite room including a kitchenette matches the photos and the balcony is a bonus, where you can have a drink or a bite with a garden view. The location is great! There are lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance and of course the seafront and promenade. I think this place was good value for money and the local recommendations were very helpful.

The apartment is charming and spacious and there is also a private terrace that we used a lot. The location is excellent both for reaching the center on foot and for reaching external locations by car. There is always parking a short distance from the house. Luigi was impeccable and available at all times, always ready to give advice on what to do or where to eat and also to intervene to solve any problem. Moreover, he had the foresight to leave us basic necessities on arrival to make us feel immediately welcomed. Highly recommended.

We had such a lovely time! The house was very clean and comfortable with a cute balcony. It’s a short walk into the centre and lots of nice places to eat nearby. Demetra was very helpful and easy to get hold of. Would definitely recommend, thank you!!

What a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, with homemade wine, olive oil, and fresh cherries from the garden. The hospitality was truly exceptional. Thanks to the fantastic recommendations, we discovered restaurants we never would have found on our ohne and each one was a hidden gem. The accommodation itself is full of character and charm. Every piece of furniture and decoration seems to have its own story. And the view was absolutely breathtaking! We couldn’t get enough of it. All in all, a perfect holiday with plenty of relaxation. Alfio is rightly a Superhost. Has ubs water bottles in the fridge. Everything you need was available in the kitchen (incl. olive oil, napkins, etc.). The apartment is first class for 2 couples, as there are two separate staircases, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is strikingly lovely, with a maritime decor. Breakfast on the terrace is a dream. Thank you again for everything. 😃

Very friendly welcome. We missed some kitchen utensils in the beginning, but in the other day that was resolved, very nice! The garden was ideal for relaxing in the busy city.

Highly recommended, very clean apartment and close to all local attractions. Visiting the fish market is a must.

Renatos Apartment in Aci Castello is great. Everything you need is in walking distance, the apartment is beautifully renovated and super clean. Renato himself was extremely helpful with recommendations and super flexible regarding our checkin / checkout times. I can highly recommend this place!!

We had a magical stay. The location is very quiet with incredible views and is a very short drive to Taormina. The property itself was perfect and the pool was amazing. Antonella was a great host and super responsive.

Thank you for the beautiful apartment and helpfulness. Nicolosi is a small mountain village where everything is centrally located. Very nice people live in this place. There are many restaurants and beautiful cafes. We very much enjoyed and appreciated the 11-day stay. The beautiful, huge terrace was fantastic. I recommend this apartment to everyone.

Clear recommendation. Ottavio was a very pleasant host. We spent 11 wonderful days here and enjoyed the location of this apartment. We were able to travel from here to the east coast of Sicily very comfortably by bus and train. The apartment was sensational for this. It is only a few steps from the metro. Within a few minutes, we were at the main train station and one stop further in the tourist center of Catania. The first coffee in the sun on the terrace sweetened our start to the day. The beds are very good, the pillows were okay. We were able to cook very well here but the pizzerias and the ice cream shop nearby are highly recommended.

Asha is probably the best host I have ever met on Airbnb, super helpful and went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment is right in the middle of the best street for food and drinks spots, and a short walk from public transport. Highly recommend! :)

We had a great stay at Giuseppe’s. The apartment was beautiful, we had everything what we needed there. We loved the location as well and Giuseppe is such a thoughtful host! We will definitely come back when we’re in Catania. Thanks Giuseppe for the wonderful stay!

Conveniently located close to the main area and easy to access from the airport via public transport. Very authentic Sicily - the place came with great recommendations of places to go and foods to try. I very stupidly left some jewellery in the apartment and realised about half way to the airport. It had no monetary value but extremely high sentimental value - Claudia was so helpful and was able to get it from the cleaners and send it back to me!!! I am forever grateful!!! Some things to note regarding the apartment: 1. There are a few flights of stairs to tackle to get up to the apartment. 2. on the first night we stayed the noise from the bar next door was VERY loud in the main bedroom, consider earplugs. Everything was as described and easy to find and host communication was great!

Once in a lifetime property right in the center of town. An absolute must stay if you are in Catania. Gaetano was an absolutely wonderful host. We will be back to stay during our next visit to Sicily!
