Cottage holiday rentals in San Joaquin River

This Airbnb was perfect for visiting Yosemite National Park! We had space for our dogs to walk right outside the place + it was toddler friendly. The glass dishes were up high out of his reach. :) The spot was clean + included a washer + dryer & hot tub. Great stay!

Really hard to describe how wonderful the whole back yard is. Sunset here were amazing. All kinds of wildlife. The smell of the California hills in springtime always refreshes. Dogs loved it (and couldn't quite believe it). We swung on the swing, sat in the gazebo, enjoyed basking in the balcony views.

Every time we stay at Shari's house, we are amazed at all the attention to detail she puts into this home. She always makes sure that every part of the home is functioning as it should, and even in the kitchen all the supplies that she provides for basic cooking are clean and the food is never expired. I can't remember how many times I've been to a property that said it provides basic cookware and supplies, only to find it unusable or the staples (like oil) long expired. Shari's place is so well taken care of - and it's really one of the best vacations we have every year!

Absolutely must book! This place is a gem. We spent most of our trip at the cottage and loved it. It is private and beautiful. Janna and Don are the best hosts, loved talking to them and they made our trip amazing. You can really tell how much they care about their property and guests. This was our favorite trip and my family couldn’t stop talking about how nice Don and Janna were! Can’t wait to come back and see the lovely Japanese maple trees in the fall!

This place was perfect for our Anniversary get away! We were able to spend a day at Yosemite riding E-bikes and spend the next day on the lake. We received a discount to rent a boat because of our host and enjoyed the hot tub at the end of each day! There are many restaurants within walking distance, a grocery store, and a fun friendly bar close by. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay. It's nice, clean and comfortable. Especially the King master bed. Adrielle was responsive and communicated well. It's also only 3 blocks from the main strip in downtown. No surprises or misunderstood expectations here, this charming home presented just as it did in the pictures. Would surely recommend Adrielle and this home.

This place was fantastic! Located on a quiet hillside, it offers a peaceful and relaxing environment. It’s about a 1-hour drive to Yosemite and only 20 minutes to downtown, which was convenient. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities you could need. The bathroom was also large and very comfortable. Overall, a great stay — highly recommended!

A great cabin if you are looking for a little get away from near by cities or traveling internationally to head to Yosemite. Booked this lovely cabin for a birthday weekend with the girls. Very spacious. Used the full kitchen to be able to bake a cake and have a wholesome dinner made. TWO BATHROOMS!! Just a little heads up, neighbors are very close by and not as secluded (closed off) as we thought but that’s okay! We ended up making friends with a neighbor close by anyway & overall great experience.

My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon! It was our first stop in California and it was absolutely worth it! The accommodations were beautiful, the kitchen made it easy for us to eat meals together at home, and furniture was clean and very comfortable! We would definitely recommend staying here!

Nancy house was clean and the beds were very comfortable.. bathroom was spotless and clean.. love watching the humming birds in the morning.. she had beautifully carved bears which you could buy wish we had place in our luggage..thank you Nancy will be definitely back when we are around

The yard was nice. The dogs were lovable. Inside premises are clean but having no kitchen indoors it is important to have the outside cooking area clean. Surfaces, grill outside were dusty and dirty. Hostess was aloof. No iron or ironing board. Otherwise some what overpriced, but safe and quiet.

Fish Creek Cottage was lovely! I loved sitting down by the creek and enjoying the day. It’s just a short walk to Murphys Main Street and the weather was perfect. Comfy bed, had everything I needed and was overall a relaxing stay. The cottage is a little hard to see in the dark so I would suggest arriving the sun goes down. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The cottage was very nice, with great views, tall ceilings, huge sliding glass doors, and perfectly set up for two couples. It was extremely clean! We had a great stay!

We LOVED our stay in the Calla Lilly cottage. The property is beautiful and quiet, and my partner and I enjoyed a restful weekend together. There's a short uphill walk to a gorgeous sitting place. We felt deep in forest while only being a couple miles from the highway. The place is also nearby many beautiful beaches and Carmel. Sofanya was very helpful and welcoming, and her property is instilled with her wonderful energy and charm! Our only discomfort was waiting for the place to heat up when the radiator and fire has been out. We would definitely come again and will recommend this place for others!

Zephyr and James were SO kind and lovely. Their place was a beautiful haven. Clean, quaint, charming, and the best getaway for me and my daughter. Nestled in the hillside, it was perfect for a quiet weekend to refresh in central Cal. Everything about it felt so warm and inviting, like a family cottage. The kitchen was well equipped to make food when we didn’t feel like going out for a meal. All around a great find. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you James + Zephyr. :)

My husband and I loved our stay at this incredibly comfortable and welcoming casita. Everything was better than we expected. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The apartment was very well equipped with an eye for comfort and detail. We loved the fireplace, and the incredibly comfortable bed. the entire experience made us wish we could have stayed longer.

Lovely place, quiet, very clean and cozy and with a comfy bed and great view of the hillside. Everything was just as described and Patricia was very helpful and lovely. We also appreciated being able to bring our dog too. The place is close to Carmel Valley Village and not far from it there’s a wonderful walking area next to Carmel river .

We took a four day weekend in Murphy's to relax, see the sites and attend the Watertower show at Brice Station Vineyard. I have to say this cottage is one of the best stays we've booked on Airbnb, anywhere. The interior was a spacious, well appointed, high vaulted and practically furnished living space with one bedroom, one bath, a living room and fully equipped kitchen. Secluded toward the back of a fenced in, lush and well maintained backyard, this place is also a very short walk to downtown and all it offers (restaurants, park, wine tasting, etc.). Dog friendly too, not just this place but Murphy's in general. We definitely recommend this place and look forward to a future stay.

We loved staying here on our bike ride from Canada to Mexico. It’s in a beautiful location, peaceful with frogs chirruping and hummingbirds flitting about. Victoria was responsive and helpful. The bed was super comfy and the sofa bed/futon was fine once we put an extra duvet under the sheet. The single-ring plug-in stove top and mini oven were very efficient for cooking, no problem making meals. Thanks Victoria!

Wow!! A great find! Gorgeous and serene surroundings with a SPOTLESS perfectly outfitted cottage. Every part of the cabin is thoughtfully decorated and well stocked. All the decor matches and has such sweet charm to it. It smelled lightly of peppermint when I arrived and all the linens were fresh, fluffy, and clean. The property is a dream and so very calm and quiet. Linda and Duane are SO NICE! They wrote me a welcome card and even jumped my car. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
