Great apartment with lovely balcony and sun terrace is great. amazing views of the sea and only 5mins to walk onto the actual beach. Peaceful area with 2x shops, bars and restaurants along the front. only 25mins to Alicante city.

Apartment perfectly located. Beautiful view of the sea. Peaceful and quiet area. In the apartment we had everything we expected. The host was very polite and communicative. I highly recommend this place.

My friends and I had a good stay! It's really well located for the Playa San Juan and is a pretty comfortable space with a great balcony. There was some construction going on outside a few of the rooms so that was a little inconvenient, but overall it was great for us.

We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

Zona muy tranquila, todo estaba muy limpio y el jacuzzi era espectacular. Peter estuvo pendiente siempre si teníamos alguna duda.

Une vue imprenable depuis la loggia de nuit comme de jour . Le logement est pratique et confortable. La place de parking en sous sol privé est un plus. Seul bémol nous ne savions pas que la piscine était fermée à cette date . A 2 pas de MUNDOMAR ét AQUALANDIA.

Het is een fijn huis met een heerlijk terras. Het uitzicht is prachtig en voldoende mogelijkheden voor schaduw. De matrassen zijn misschien aan een update toe. Het geluid van de snelweg hoor je wel goed alhoewel ik me kan voorstellen dat niet iedereen daar last van heeft. Wij hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van de jacuzzi omdat we er de hele maand mei waren.

Uno de los mayores puntos a favor es que pudimos ir con nuestros perros, y ellos también lo pasaron genial. Hay suficiente espacio para que se sientan cómodos y zonas cercanas para pasear con ellos. La ubicación es perfecta para unas vacaciones, pero con todo lo necesario cerca. Además, el anfitrión fue muy amable y atento, siempre disponible para cualquier duda o recomendación. La casa era molto ampia, luminosa e pulita, ha anche un terrazzino fantastico per la colazione. In cima al palazzo inoltre c’è una grande terrazza con una vista bellissima sul castello a cui è possibile accedere. Miguel inoltre è stato un host fantastico: la casa aveva tutto ciò di cui si potesse avere bisogno, tra cui prodotti per donne come assorbenti e dischetti struccanti; ci ha anche dato ottimi consigli sulle spiagge e permesso di fare il check in già dalla mattina. Esperienza fantastica che consiglio assolutamente.

Absolutely loved our stay in Alicante! The apartment boasted a truly beautiful view that we couldn't get enough of. Its great location meant everything was within easy reach, and having a lovely beach right next to us was a huge bonus. To top it all off, our hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

La verdad, un 10/10. La casa es una verdadera pasada, súper chula y con espacio de sobra para estar un grupo grande perfectamente. Hemos estado todos súper cómodos y a gusto, disfrutando de la canasta, la piscinita para darse un chapuzón, la bbq, las terrazas con las hamacas y demás. Todo genial, y encima perfectamente preparada y con utensilios de sobra para 10 personas. La zona es tranquila, al lado de una cala, en una zona residencial. No hay restaurantes ni pubs cerca, así que hemos tenido que movernos para ello, pero no ha sido un problema. Y por último, Eva ha sido una anfitriona sobresaliente. Siempre atenta y disponible, proactiva, amable y profesional. Nos ha dado muchas recomendaciones que han sido un acierto total, y ha hecho que nuestra estancia haya sido estupenda. Así que en definitiva, una estancia totalmente recomendada!!

El apartamento estaba impecable y tenía todo lo necesario para dos personas. En entorno estaba tranquilo y cuidado al detalle. Tenías la piscina enfrente para poder disfrutarla, una barbacoa y terreno para pasear. Y sin duda, lo mejor fue la atención y amabilidad del propietario, Tom. Nos atendió en todo momento cuando estuvimos allí y respondió a todas las cuestiones y dudas que tuvimos antes de la llegada. Es un lugar tranquilo e idílico para alojarse y vale la pena sin duda el precio que pagas. No descartamos volver a quedarnos allí.

What a fantastic apartment, the views are beautiful and it’s ideally situated very close to the tram station so easy to get around. Rosa was both easy to speak to and informative on what was around for us. We had an amazing time and will certainly recommend and rebook to return in the future. Great location directly at the Beach, sea view. Great hosts with quick respond times Also great to have 3 separate bedrooms of you are travelling with a bigger group. Big plus are the (beach) accessories that are available (umbrella, trolley, bodyboards, bikes, scooters, balls) and free of charge.

Wat een schitterende locatie. We waren onze computer vergeten en Andrés regelde het. Super vriendelijk. In het appartement was alles niet super groot maar aanwezig . Het allermooiste was wel het zwembad met het uitzicht. We voelde ons er thuis. Heerlijke tijd gehad en komen hier absoluut terug. Dankjewel voor alles je bent een top gastheer!

Monika est une superbe hôte, très réactive. Le logement est propres, fonctionnel, une vue exceptionnel sur la mer. Tout a était parfait. Les exterieurs, jardins, piscines tout reste propre Niveau rapport qualité prix au top. Je recommande a 1000% l’appartement de Monika

This was the third time we've used Paul's place, I think that says something. weather was mainly sunny with little rain. we love the house and the area, and find it very convenient to local amenities and walks around the nature reserve. It's a nice area with a mix of English and Spanish people living in the neighbourhood. There was some work going on at the pool this week, which didn't affect us but Paul made us aware that it was to happen. We are hoping to book for next year and hope the house is available for our dates.

The apartment is in great location right next to fantastic beach. The building and it's sorounding is very nice and well maintained. Although slight delay with the check, Ricardo was responsive and sorted what we needed. We recommend staying in Ricardo's apartment.

Si decides quedarte en este piso, vas a encontrarte con una anfitriona súper amable, atenta y siempre muy clara. Todo coincide a las fotos, pero a eso le sumaría la energía tan tranquila y agradable del lugar, de verdad tienes un piso al cual llegar y relajarte por completo luego de dar un paseo, y era lo que mi pareja y yo buscábamos, esa vibra de calma y serenidad. Definitivamente volveríamos a quedarnos en este piso, una experiencia maravillosa. 🤌🏻✨ Y ojo, la ubicación está buenísima, ya que tienes a menos de 5 minutos a pie las playas de la Cala de finestrat y de Poniente. 😉

Probably the best location. Sitting on the terrace you are part of the beach, which, compared to the town beach was huge and empty. A short car/bus journey into town. Eva was very attentive and her response time is very good. I cannot recommend this more highly. I will be back.
