Holiday rentals with a home theatre in San Juan

Truly incredible stay, just as described. Such a wonderful please to stay with or without children. So many things to do at your place at night, then go on adventures during the day. Pool, jacuzzi, gorgeous lights everywhere, pool table, projecting tv you can watch from the pool. Couldn’t ask for more honestly! Will be staying again soon!

Wonderful beach, great places to eat close by.

Rosalyn was an awesome host. We were there during the New Year's island-wide power outage and she had both solar panels and a generator to compensate. The amenities were great - pool, hot tub, grill, billards. We would stay again.

The house is beautiful, everything you think you may need is there. I took my husband to Puerto Rico for his birthday and when I tell you, the house did not disappoint. Everything was amazing. The beds were super comfortable. The house was very clean. The house has everything that you need to go to the beach, chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards everything surprises me I’ve never stayed in an Airbnb that was so tentative to guests like it was just perfect. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed, I was able to cook a few days while I was there. It was so nice and peaceful like just being on that side of the island in Puerto Rico. Everything was just perfect. We definitely wanna go back and we definitely will be rebooking this house again because it was just a perfect stay. The host Cisco was great with providing directions to the house, very attentive, even allowing us easier access in and out of the property, which made it so much smoother. Amazing home! The place is very nice and well kept. I felt very safe at location. There is security riding within the community 24/7. There are several restaurants, shopping centers with diversified stores. There are fast food restaurants as well as pharmacies very close to the community. The pool is beautiful and very clean and the beach at walking distance. Thumbs up Melba!! My only issue is the price. Thumbs up Melba.

Israel was very communicative and helpful. He responses within minutes and has a beautiful home. Would rebook!

Place was nice and roomy. Lots of space! We had enough room for our one friends to show a few of the couples in our group how to swing dance. View in the front and back of the place were awesome, especially of the rainforest in the back! Things to know: Lots of mosquitoes, make use of the zappers provided! Air conditioner in the kitchen doesn’t do a great job of keeping that area and the dining area cool. Everywhere else, the a/c worked great! 1 bathroom has no hot water, and during our a stay, a second bathroom was also unable to get hot water. So, the only bathroom with hot water was in the master bedroom, which wasn’t ideal. It wasn’t that much of a problem except for night showering. During the day, the sun must have kept the ground so warm that the water was still lukewarm and not too cold. You may get suddenly told about scheduled landscape and other maintenance techs that you will have to leave the gate unlocked for them to get in.

Great location great spot it was very accommodating for everyone in my group. It had enough room and the host was amazing! Very responsive whenever I reached out. She also provided local recommendations which came in handy. I would recommend and stay next when I come next year. The only thing I would asked for in the future is extra tissue and garbage bags (unless k missed and didn’t see, o could’ve reached out but it was my last day at the house so I did not). Other than that it was very great and I loved the two separate floors and the backyard was nice to Sit and relax when we were not on the move.

Just stayed at Cuylers place for my first time in Puerto Rico and I want to say this is an excellent place to stay at! It’s completely private, big and beautiful! The pictures describe the house and the house looks even more beautiful in person! Cuyler is great a communication he always responded quickly and made us feel at home with the great amenities the house has! The location is great the house is close to a 24-Hour Supermarket and 24-Hour Burger King that made the stay even more better! I highly recommend staying at Cuylers place! It’s a beautiful private property. House was very clean and we had a great time at the pool! Highly recommend it! Cuyler has great customer service and communicates very well any instructions to access the house!

Beautiful property, very central, everything very clean, looks just like the photographs, Lauren is very attentive and responds quickly to any questions, my family and I were very happy and will definitely return.

I thought it was ocean view but the beach is just a few min walk. I appreciated the quiet corner of the house, and got to know the neighbors. I liked the private parking, the access to the patio and the cleanliness of the house. They were very responsive & even let me extend my stay last minute because of flight change. I'll definitely be back. I loved luquillo and 🇵🇷 overall. My stay was close to everything and made exploring easier.

Absolutely phenomenal rental and Ashley is awesome! The home was spacious, beautiful, comfortable, and well stocked. We loved every moment. Ashley was super responsive, super clear, and helpful when we needed anything! I would definitely stay here again.

At first, I thought this spot was a scam, no reviews and all. Turns out, it’s brand new and legit. Just 5 minutes from the airport, super clean, mad comfy, and every room’s got its own TV. The blackout shades? Game changers. Slept like a rock. Location’s prime, and getting around with Uber was easy and cheap. No cap, I’d stay here again

Leyda’s place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt like a true home away from home. She was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—quiet, safe, and close to everything we wanted to explore!

it was a nice stay like the pictures described. great value and seemed like a nice safe location. the building isn't always the quietest and the wifi wasnt super fast but that wasn't a problem and we really enjoyed our stay. 10 minutes from Viejo San Juan and the airport it's close to everything.

The airbnb was the perfect space for our Family. We traveled with 6 total and had plenty of space. It matched the photos perfectly and was very clean inside. Host was always very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. I would definitely stay again!

This place was perfect!!! I found this place last minute as there was an issue with my previous Airbnb. Adrian was very accommodating and let us check in early! The place was very clean and free of clutter. The location is perfect, there’s a bunch of food areas around, Condado beach is about a 10 minute walk, and Walmart maybe a 5 minute walk. There is also a gated parking space! Overall, I would 100% stay here again!

This was a great clean location that was near everything. Rina was very responsive and informative with things we can find in the area. I would definitely stay here again!

posts were great. we didn't require much communication with them but they were happy to accommodate an early check-in. We almost walked into the neighboring structure, but the neighbors were friendly and helped us find the right door. Pllace was very clean and had all kitchen necessities. We loved hanging out in the balcony at night time. Wouldn't recommend if you're a light sleeper planning to sleep in, but that wasn't a problem for us.

I had a great time staying here with my spouse for my birthday and babymoon. Osvaldo was responsive and very accommodating. We also liked that there were beach towels and beach chairs available for us to use instead of having to rent some. We would definitely come back!
