Serviced apartment holiday rentals in San Juan

This ocean villa is wonderful. Steps to the beach, very private, and perfect views of pool and ocean. It’s great for a couple or couple with a child. It has everything we needed in terms of amenities.

The appartement was exactly like the pictures. Kitchen and bathroom renovated, large bedroom with huge walk-in. Brand new appliances, two flats screen tv and washing machine + dryer. The view of the pool and beach is amazing. My kids slept well on the hide bed sofa but I wouldn't recommend it for adult (confort). The entire building is under renovation but didn't bother us. We enjoyed the play game room with ping pong table, pool etc. The grocery store and drugstore was at a walking distance. I recommend and would definitely go back

Beautiful & very clean place , it’s a far walk to the beach, but not too bad with car. The pool within the village is very close. Villa has all the amenities of home. Definitely recommend.

If you've decided to stay in Old San Juan (pro: history and atmosphere; con: traffic, not close to the beach), you will not do better than this place. The high ceilings and huge windows facing the street had all the ambiance you could imagine. We easily walked to all the historic sites. As others have mentioned, we enjoyed sitting on the couch and people-watching through the open windows. Perhaps because it was a holiday week, the noise from passerbys on their way to bars in the evening was considerable, although once we closed the big windows it was never a problem sleeping. The host met us at the door for an orientation to the apartment (a few quirky features) and the neighborhood. It felt like a bit of a splurge for us, but totally worth it!

I loved this apartment. Everything was as described and in the pictures. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was prefect. Within walking distance and close to all of the best bars and restaurants in the area. All of our questions were answered promptly. Overall a wonderful experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Dora was a fantastic Host! Always answered the phone for any questions we might have had. We never had any concerns with her home it was beautiful, comfy and most of all awesome! When we arrived we had waters in the fridge! Her home has beach chairs and a small cooler which we used every single day and the washer and dryer were amazing as well. When I go back this is the only place I would like to stay! Thank you a million Dora, can’t wait to see you again.

Definitely recommend booking w/ Chris - we had a great experience and appreciate the prompt communication. We’ve stayed at the Wyndham Grand hotel before but the margaritaville side is MUCH better. The 1 bedroom unit we received was huge and felt fresh and new. The grounds are fabulous and full of pools and lush greenery. This resort is one of our favorite places to stay in Puerto Rico and we can’t wait to return.

I stayed at Janette’s for just under a month and was happy with my time spent. Definitely a space for 1 or 2 people max, but comfortable and has everything you need. Janette is so kind, friendly and proactive. I’ll be back!

The apartment is in a prime location with everything you need right outside your front door. Keep in mind, it’s in the heart of the most popular street in old San Juan, so expect to hear outside noise, but the rooms are far enough back in the apartment that you don’t hear anything when going to bed. Apartment had everything we needed. Gautam is a super kind and responsive host. Extra stars for him accommodating my family and our needs. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at Chonte’s place in Puerto Rico! Everything was exactly as described, and Chonte was an outstanding host; friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to the beach, and the space itself was clean, comfortable, and very convenient. Having a driver and car waiting for us at the airport was a great touch and made our arrival completely stress-free. All the additional services Chonte arranged were top-notch. Compared to other places we looked at in Puerto Rico, the price was very reasonable and offered great value. I would absolutely recommend Chonte’s place to anyone visiting the area and we’d gladly stay here again!

Great time with my family! Only con was they didn’t actual clean or provide room service - they just gave us new towels.
