Boutique hotel holiday rentals in San Sai District

Wir waren für 3 Nächte hier und wollten von daher eine zentral und ruhig gelegene Unterkunft. Die haben wir hier bekommen! Man lebt quasi mitten im Geschehen und kann zu Fuß die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten und Märkte erreichen. Das Frühstück war auch lecker und es gab jeden Tag frisches Obst! Wir würden hier definitiv nochmal unterkommen.

I loved staying at Kivi’s place. I was staying in an upstairs room and it was super quiet even though it was central in the old city, close to the night market and lots of restaurants and shops. It’s a very characterful property and a really large room. The pool was a bonus As a solo traveller I felt very welcome and safe. I can recommend Asia Scenic cookery school on the same street.

We had the family room which was comfortable. You share bathroom but due to small scale It is almost private. The host is super nice and sweet!

Its nice place to stay longer and very convenience for buy food or massage. And its quite in night time to sleep well.

Baan Boo Loo is a traveller's dream. Ticks all the expectations of a Thai home and genuine Thai hospitality. Thanks so much for everything. Everyone who comes to Thailand should see Thai culture this way. The rooms are mostly in teak with lots of antiques and beautiful fabrics and touches. It is like stepping back in time but with all the important modern amenities.

What I like: It's a modern hostel, the staff is very friendly, it's clean, the WiFi is very good to work and to have videocalls. Also it's in Nimman and you can reach everything very easily. It can be nosy at night. If you wanna sleep early, you have to use earplugs or wait till 00 / 00:30 a, when the bars around the hostel close.

good value! nice hotel, location was on the north edge of the old quarter (square). the fitness room is just dumbbells and 3 cardio machines and a chest machine, enough for a short stay but would be great if there was some more equipment (just a bench for weights would have made a big difference!) good service, nice staff, cheap laundry service. breezy stay. thanks!

四年之后又一次来到了清迈小城，很幸运地住进了Villa，是我们喜欢的简单干净的泰式民宿。 独特亮点： 小花园特别美，泳池干净。房间是我们最喜欢的，采光很好有一个很大的阳台。房东有提前准备好竹编袋，纸伞，可以带出去逛街。很喜欢它家淡淡的香味，很独特，我们还买了一瓶 位置： 位置很好，就在古城和宁曼路之间，无论到哪儿都方便，离机场也就十多分钟 房东互动： 房东很热情耐心解答我们的问题，其他工作人员也豆微笑服务

I’ve stayed with The Locals twice while in Chiang Mai, and can’t recommend them enough. Very friendly staff and helpful. Hotel is very clean and quiet. They have a useful entrance for coming back late at night, without disturbing anyone. Walkable distance to good restaurants, the Loi Kroh Boxing Stadium (cluster of bars), and the Kalare Night Bazaar. This is the only place I will stay in Chiang Mai going forward. Amazing.

Oasis in Chiang Mai The location was excellent easy to walk into the city, lots of local eating places nearby. Easy to get taxi Grab or tuk tuk when required. The staff are excellent the on site restaurant for breakfast was also good. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms well supplied and a good size. Having a full size fridge and a washing machine was a bonus. The common pool area was also lovely and a relaxing oasis away from the city hustle. Would certainly stay here again

Good place to stay nearby to bus terminal 3. So difficult to find though which should be clearer. Essentially it is right next to the hospital.

Happy as. Location is key. It’s a hotel stay. Near one of my favourite cafes in Chiang Mai, ‘Larder’. Bed is comfortable. Shower is hot if you like it to be. Basic breakfast service. Clean room. Easy check in.

This house was a great base for us to explore Nimman and Santitham. Lots of great restaurants to explore in both neighbourhoods. The host lives in the house also but you have your own private on-suite room which is decorated very well, the bed was very comfy and we had a great night sleep. Thank you for your hospitality.

Kommunikation war sehr gut, Personal war sehr freundlich um hilfsbereit. Wir konnten sogar deutlich früher einchecken. Das Zimmer entsprach der Beschreibung und war top. Einziges Manko für uns: Fußläufig konnten wir nicht sehr viel erkunden. Ein Roller ist schon ein Muss. Direkt vor der Unterkunft sind aber drei Verleiher.

昔ながらのタイの古民家。 エアコンは使えませんでしたが、コストを考えると満足でした。部屋の装飾などもタイを感じさせる作りで、ゆっくり過ごさせてもらいました

We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it for anyone looking to stay relatively close to the airport but also a quick drive from the city center.

Room as described on the photos, clean and spacious, regularly cleaned if needed and friendly staff. Locations a little out of city centre but transport is easily organised.
