Holiday rentals with a fireplace in San Sai District

Amazing place to stay! It’s the top Airbnb we have ever stayed at!! The location is so convenient and close to the main Nimman shopping and dinning area!! However it’s in an inner alley so it also feels private and quiet. The hosts are very helpful and welcoming! They waited for us to check in and provided us so much useful recommendations to travel around Chiang Mai. The response was like instant 😂. The host even prepared us breakfasts in the fridge and fresh fruits everyday. There’s also a maid who cleaned the rooms and did free laundry for us everyday! Three bedrooms with three bathrooms are very nice for our family to stay. We spend wonderful holidays here. Highly recommended to everyone!! ❤️❤️

I hired this place for my fiance and he absolutely loved the charming wood decor. The location was fantastic. Lush greenery and a lazy river just behind the property. The host was proactive with his communication and very welcoming, updating me of my fiancé's arrival. And! the place only 20 minutes from the centre of old town. A bargain for the price.

Our family was looking for a last minute get-away to Chiang Mai and surroundings. We selected this listing based on the location and were very happy with our choice. We stayed at the holiday villa with two kids and two adults. The house is situated on a beautiful compound which is not too far off the main road towards Chang Mai. The house itself if bright, clean and very well equipped. The quality of the house itself and the furniture/ amenities is higher than what you normally get in Thailand according to our experience. The location is fantastic for both the city and going in to nature, however a car is required. We recieved a very warm welcome at arrival and during our stay and we would recommend this to anybody looking to explore this region.

Ploys place is easy to find and very convenient to stay. Big house, many rooms, wide space and great view. it's a perfect place to relax with friends or family. The house is nicely decorated and quite comfortable.

Very thoughtful and responsive. You can't find a better place to watch the sunrise. The villagers were so nice and made us feel welcomed.

Cozy house, elegant and warm interior designs. Feels just like living in a Pinterest house. Had a very pleasant stay.

I would like to highly recommend this accommodation and the host. If you wanna try some experience out of the old town, it’s a good choice:) 1. It’s a safe area and I feel secure staying there alone. The surrounding area is appealing and quiet. 2. There are some nice cafes and restaurants for food as you need, although the 7-11 is not very close by. 3. It will be a good way to have motor bike to explore around and not so far from anywhere with the motor bike in 30 mins. Except from the big events like lantern festival period, other time would be easy to take a taxi or grab around this area. 4. Many interesting sightseeing spots around or on the way to another destination as recommended from the host. 5.The house is cozy and has everything you might need. 6.The last but the most highlighted point is the host! He is like a superhero with all the helps needed in time. He is intelligent, helpful, and so good at communicating. He also can always come up with wonderful ideas for you.

에어비엔비에서 예약을 하여 한 달 동안 머물렀습니다 모든 스탭들은 친절했고 항상 웃음으로 맛이 하였습니다 체크인 시간이 01시가 넘었지만 경비가 키를 가지고 있어서 마음 편하게 체크인 할 수 있었습니다~ 매주 한번 청소해주고 타월은 두벌 바꾸어 줍니다 대형 타올 오래된 건물이지만 스탭들이 관리를 잘하여 청결도를 잘 유지했고 건물의 위치는 아주 휼륭했습니다 옆방에 소음은 전혀 없었지만 윗층에 공룡이 꼭 새벽 4시가되면 쿵쿵거리고 아침 운동을 한시간 정도하여서 스트레스가 심했지만 나중에는 알람이라고 생각하였습니다 특히 물이 깨끗하였습니다 다른데 거주하는 같이 들어온 친구는 2일만에 필터가 쌔꺼멓게 변했다고 하였습니다 저는 2주만에 바꾸게 될 정도 였고 한달 동안 필터 한개 바꾸고 그냥 사용하였습니다 예민하지 않으신 분은 붙어 있는 사워기 샤용하셔도 될거 같다는 생각을 하여봅니다 한가지 아쉬운것은 떠나오는 날의 비행기가 00:40분 비행기여서 미리체크 아웃하고 짐을 가지고 움직이게는 싫어서 다음날까지 계약을 하였고 호스트에게 2일전에 체크아웃 비용 (물값 전기료)을 계산 하기를 원하였지만 나가는 날 와서 계산을 하여야 한다는것이었습니다 내가 그냘 바쁘니 하루나 이틀전에 나머지 비용까지 계산을 미리 하겟다고 하여도 안된다고 하여서 약속을 취소하여 오후 3시에와서 결재를 하고 숙소에서 밤 9시가 넘게 누어 있다가 나오게 되었습니다 조금 유연하게 하였으면 좋겟습니다~

Always a great place to stay.

Spectacular facility with all kinds of space with pools and building with other amenities as listed. Very peaceful, quiet and family/kid friendly. Good security. Plenty of room for one or two people. Great television and Wi-Fi with balcony views. I find most beneficial is a comfortable sofa for 2 to relax watching television or conversation. Huge mall next door. Actually more like an 8-minute walk to the mall over a footbridge and small canal. Besides the mall there isn't much within short walking distance, but the mall has most anything you need anyways. Other than that you'll need taxi or some transportation beyond. In final analysis this facility I highly recommend.

Wonderful, clean, well-appointed condo with lovely mountain view. Great location just outside the hustle of the city, but easy access to major roads make it feel close to the action. Host was helpful and attentive. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you! 🙏

숙소의 위치는 마야몰 1분 거리여서 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 숙소 내부는 2명이 생활하기에 살짝 좁았지만 크게 불편하지는 않았습니다. 내부 청결도는 관리가 잘 되어있어서 매우 깔끔했습니다. 초반에 창가와 침대에 개미들이 발견되어 불편했지만, 호스트님이 조치해주신 이후로는 개미가 발견되지 않았습니다. 그래서 마지막까지는 매우 만족스러운 생활을 하였습니다. 또한 호스트님과의 소통은 원활하며 피드백도 빠른 편입니다. 경비원분들이 너무 친절하시며 특히 밤에 근무하시는 분이 특히 정감이 갈 정도로 친절하십니다. 다른 후기에 소음에 대한 의견들이 있는데, 저희는 크게 문제되지 않았습니다. 비행기소리는 밤에는 안들리며, 도로의 자동차 소리도 아침에만 살짝 들리는 정도입니다. 치앙마이에서 님만해민은 전체적으로 깔끔한 지역이라 이곳에 숙소를 잡으신다면, 여기를 추천합니다. 저희는 마야몰 쇼핑을 자주했기 때문에 마야몰에 가까운 숙소 위치가 만족스러웠습니다. 다음에 치앙마이에 재방문시 다시 한번 지내고 싶은 콘도입니다.

My second long stay (two months) here and I will come back for the third time sure. The place is in a top location in the Nimman area - close to all cafes, restaurants, and co-working spaces. The apartment is very clean and maintained by very friendly staff. The Internet is stable and overall didn't have any issues. Highly recommended! The host was always responsive and very helpful.

Pong was waiting to let us in, though I didn't see him again for our ~36 hours there. The room and beds were comfortable, though one bed was a bit shorter than standard size. The room has its own private bath. Others have mentioned that the bathroom is narrow, but it's not too narrow to cause problems and it was clean and the shower worked well, with a curtain to keep water in the shower. WiFi in the room was pretty weak so it was difficult to stay connected. The location is a short walk to the cafes and boutiques in the area. Grab knows about "Lover Spa", for "men only" which is 2 doors away so we used it as a destination but our driver was very confused why we'd be going there as a family! I'd stay again.

The host was very welcoming and responsive, making our stay comfortable and pleasant. The house was clean and equipped with all the necessary kitchenware. While the shops are a bit far, they are reachable on foot or by bike. The village is quiet and perfect for a relaxing getaway with a small group.

enjoyed my stay at the villa which came with great facilities and liu was a great host, would stay again for sure if in Chiang Mai!

An amazing experience for our first time in chaing mai. The villa manager was very attentive and catered for every need and request. our driver Chai was friendly, flexible and kept us entertained. Overall a lovely start to our trip

The host is amazing! No kidding. She literally provides everything I needed, from day to day car service, travel spot recommendation to even pcr test! I have a 18month old baby with me and she instantly buys a baby bed for him. The house is amazing too. We had a housekeeper and she cooked great cuisines. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone coming to chiangmai.

الصراحة الفلة كانت فوق الخيال! نظيفة بشكل ما تتصورونه، وكل شيء مرتب وعلى أعلى مستوى. حتى المسبح فيه صينية فطور تطفو على المويه، حسّينا نفسنا في منتجع فاخر! فيه معدات شواء كاملة، جلسنا نسوي BBQ ونسهر، الجو كان ولا أروع. والأهم إنهم كانوا مره متعاونين، عطونا توصيات محلية رهيبة وساعدونا بكل شي نحتاجه. بعد، عطونا دخول مبكر. من كثر ما المكان مريح ومرتب، ما جتنا نفس نطلع ونستكشف، حسّينا كل شي نبيه موجود قدامنا. أنصح فيه وبقوة، وإن شاء الله نرجع له قريب.

Great experience thanks to Khun Mac and his fantastic hospitality. Overall a great house in a beautiful national park. Would be definitely happy to come again.
