Detached three-story building, very good location, small yard in front of the door for parking.The room is very spacious, the bed is large, the quilt is comfortable, and each room has a private bathroom and shower.Suitable for multi-person travel and living.It would be perfect if the living room on the first floor had air conditioning.The host responded promptly, a very satisfying stay.

Especially love the first floor!The creation of light and french retro furniture are simply a photographic studio!The kittens bribe with a cat strip really have a sense of lens (the studio on the first floor we live in doesn't feel crowded at all or the private bathroom ~ There is also a super spacious kitchen with all kinds of kitchen utensils and condiments, and the refrigerator and washing machine capacity are also very large for a family to rent. It should be comfortable to rent a long house ~

I had an excellent stay at Tim and Paul’s house, it was an overall great experience. The house is very spacious and feels cozy, ideal for digital nomads and other long stays. The neighborhood has lots of great restaurant options (recommending Sushi Jiro), cleaners, small cafes and bars near the house (but not hearing distance). And the value for money is unbeatable for the amount of space. Highly recommend !

Great place, huge space, comfortable, clean and conveniently located in Nimman with lots of restaurants, cafes, amenities around. Kannika was a great host, she was extremely responsive and friendly.

Very nice and tranquil place. You can hear the birds chirping in the morning and feel the sun on your face when you lay on the couch. The location is good, with most of the shops you would need in just a few minutes driving away. The place was clean and the airconditioning was good and pleasant. Overall great place to relax while still being close to the city, would stay again!

This house was perfect for our family's one month stay in Chiang Mai!

The house is big and spacious, very nice and new. The real thing is much more beautiful than the pictures. The swimming pool is wide. Parking in the area of the house for many cars. The location is quiet and peaceful. There are only green colors. The surrounding area has 8 houses that are rented out, but they do not disturb each other. And there are also people and security guards. Feel safe. If you have the opportunity to come to Chiang Mai, I will come back to stay again.

Tolani's place was perfect for our large group to all stay in one compound. street food started just around the corner and easy to hail a tuktuk or taxi from the main road. Ying the maid kept everything fresh and clean during the day and did a great job. would stay here again if I came back to Chiang Mai with a large group

Beautiful apartment building just a stones throw away from the airport.

This Airbnb was so beautiful and a great stay for our group of 8 people. Definitely 5/5 stars and just an aesthetic place. Just a few things to note if visiting: the frogs at night are very loud, especially more so in the rooms closest to the living room but ear plugs and playing rain noise on our phones helped a lot. There is a rooster next door as well, but we didn’t totally mind an early wake up. Lastly, the pool is absolutely incredible but when the ground around it gets wet, it is dangerously slippery - just something to note if elderly or children will be visiting. We were just extra careful. I still think this place deserves a 5/5 though bc they are all manageable things and out of their control. It was also exceptional because they allowed for a late check out due to half of our group getting food poisoning and we appreciated that more than anything.

It was the accommodation I chose for a family trip, and it was the perfect place for my family to stay. It was the best accommodation where both parents and young children were satisfied, and in particular, the host Fatimma and her staff were very kind and responded perfectly, so I think it will be a great memory. Our accommodation for the trip with 16 people was perfect. The place was incredibly spacious, providing ample room for everyone to relax and feel comfortable. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, creating the ideal setting for both group activities and peaceful moments of relaxation. The facilities were well-maintained and thoughtfully designed, ensuring a pleasant experience for all. Additionally, the host was incredibly helpful and attentive, providing excellent service and support throughout our stay. Overall, it exceeded our expectations and was the perfect choice for our trip.❤️

The villa accommodated our party of 11 well. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The pool was clean and very refreshing to swim in. The entertainment room was good for gathering and hanging out. We had the whole villa to ourselves. We really enjoyed our stay, and consider this a 5 out of 5 accommodation for our stay. I do want to point out a couple things to be aware of, for those who may consider it in the future. 1) Water leaks in heavy rain from the window in the far room; it flowed away from the beds toward the bathroom wall, and seemed to dry up quick, so was not a problem for us. 2) The tiny ants get in and can get to the upstairs rooms pretty fast too. Just keep food clean and stored away. 3) The water pressure in the upstairs rooms comes and goes as you shower; it wasn't a big deal, as we were able to shower ok, but just something to be aware of. Thanks for the great stay!

Cozy house at the end of a small, quiet street in a lovely neighborhood. I really love this location, and the friendly ginger cats around make it even better! The house is well-designed and perfect for both short and long stays especially if you're a big company. I truly think that staying in a house is the best way to experience Chiang Mai, rather than an apartment. Thank you, Peter, for a wonderful stay! A good place for vacation especially for family…

Very spacious, bright and open. Free snacks and several stories to use. We didn’t not expect so many rooms and apartments to choose from. The communication was very easy. All in all this was a very good choice. Thank you very much!
