独栋三层楼，地理位置非常好，门口的小院子可以停车。房间非常宽敞，床很大，被子很舒适，每个房间都有独立的卫生间和淋浴间。适合多人旅游居住。如果一楼客厅能有空调就更完美了。房东回复很及时，一次非常满意的住宿。

特别喜欢一楼的公区！光影的打造和法式复古家具相互承托简直就是个摄影棚！小猫咪们用一根猫条就贿赂到啦真的超有镜头感（我们住的一楼单间完全不会感觉挤还是独立卫浴喔～旁边还有超宽敞的厨房各种厨具和调料应有尽有，冰箱和洗衣机容量也超大適適一家人租一栋长居应该很舒服～

I had an excellent stay at Tim and Paul’s house, it was an overall great experience. The house is very spacious and feels cozy, ideal for digital nomads and other long stays. The neighborhood has lots of great restaurant options (recommending Sushi Jiro), cleaners, small cafes and bars near the house (but not hearing distance). And the value for money is unbeatable for the amount of space. Highly recommend !

Great place, huge space, comfortable, clean and conveniently located in Nimman with lots of restaurants, cafes, amenities around. Kannika was a great host, she was extremely responsive and friendly.

Very nice and tranquil place. You can hear the birds chirping in the morning and feel the sun on your face when you lay on the couch. The location is good, with most of the shops you would need in just a few minutes driving away. The place was clean and the airconditioning was good and pleasant. Overall great place to relax while still being close to the city, would stay again!

总体来说比较推荐 位置不属于宁曼路附近 但是很安静 很舒适. 我们第一天来床单没有很干净 房东立马给买了新的 还送了啤酒 驱蚊水 拖鞋等礼物 是一个很帅的帅哥. 住在这里五天 每天都很舒适. 房屋整体都很好. 推荐！

บ้านใหญ่และกว้างขวางดีและใหม่มาก ของจริงสวยกว่าในรูปมากๆ สระว่ายน้ำกว้าง จอดรถในบริเวณบ้านได้หลายคัน ที่ตั้งเงียบสงบ มองไปรอบๆมีแต่สีเขียว ฮีลใจสุดๆ บริเวณรอบๆมีบ้านรวม8หลังที่ปล่อยเช่า แต่ไม่ได้รบกวนกัน และยังมีคนดูแลและรปภ.ด้วย รู้สึกปลอดภัยดี ไว้หากมีโอกาสมาเชียงใหม่ จะกลับมาพักอีกนะคะ

Tolani's place was perfect for our large group to all stay in one compound. street food started just around the corner and easy to hail a tuktuk or taxi from the main road. Ying the maid kept everything fresh and clean during the day and did a great job. would stay here again if I came back to Chiang Mai with a large group

This Airbnb was so beautiful and a great stay for our group of 8 people. Definitely 5/5 stars and just an aesthetic place. Just a few things to note if visiting: the frogs at night are very loud, especially more so in the rooms closest to the living room but ear plugs and playing rain noise on our phones helped a lot. There is a rooster next door as well, but we didn’t totally mind an early wake up. Lastly, the pool is absolutely incredible but when the ground around it gets wet, it is dangerously slippery - just something to note if elderly or children will be visiting. We were just extra careful. I still think this place deserves a 5/5 though bc they are all manageable things and out of their control. It was also exceptional because they allowed for a late check out due to half of our group getting food poisoning and we appreciated that more than anything.

Our accommodation for the trip with 16 people was perfect. The place was incredibly spacious, providing ample room for everyone to relax and feel comfortable. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, creating the ideal setting for both group activities and peaceful moments of relaxation. The facilities were well-maintained and thoughtfully designed, ensuring a pleasant experience for all. Additionally, the host was incredibly helpful and attentive, providing excellent service and support throughout our stay. Overall, it exceeded our expectations and was the perfect choice for our trip.❤️

The villa accommodated our party of 11 well. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The pool was clean and very refreshing to swim in. The entertainment room was good for gathering and hanging out. We had the whole villa to ourselves. We really enjoyed our stay, and consider this a 5 out of 5 accommodation for our stay. I do want to point out a couple things to be aware of, for those who may consider it in the future. 1) Water leaks in heavy rain from the window in the far room; it flowed away from the beds toward the bathroom wall, and seemed to dry up quick, so was not a problem for us. 2) The tiny ants get in and can get to the upstairs rooms pretty fast too. Just keep food clean and stored away. 3) The water pressure in the upstairs rooms comes and goes as you shower; it wasn't a big deal, as we were able to shower ok, but just something to be aware of. Thanks for the great stay!

Cozy house at the end of a small, quiet street in a lovely neighborhood. I really love this location, and the friendly ginger cats around make it even better! The house is well-designed and perfect for both short and long stays especially if you're a big company. I truly think that staying in a house is the best way to experience Chiang Mai, rather than an apartment. Thank you, Peter, for a wonderful stay! Дом огромный и очень чистый, расположен в частном поселке. Единственная сложность, с которой мы столкнулись - это мы не знали что значит "soi", поэтому не могли найти дом, но отзывчивые соседи нам помоги. Soi - это улица, линия. Жилье полностью соответствует описанию, 4 спальни, все очень чисто и аккуратно, заселение самостоятельное, кухня огромная. Наше путешествие совпало с началом месяца Рамадан поэтому готовить для мужа с утра для меня было важно. Как я поняла хозяева предлагают и другие виллы в аренду, а также скутеры в аренду. Из того, что можно было бы улучшить, в доме есть все, чтобы заселиться, но не было питьевой воды. В остальном я удовлетворена! Чангмай замечательный город, спасибо за гостеприимство!

Great location to stay in, cheap local restaurants and street food. Two noisy bars sandwich this place, but after one night it became background noise. Nice private location. Host responds in a timely fashion. Thanks!
