호스트 게리는 제게 맞추어 모든일을 진행해 주었습니다. 제 친구가 체크인시간을 어겨서 문제가 발생했음에도 줄구하고 밤늦게까지 기다려 주었습니다. 숙소는 청결하고 내집과 같았습니다. 마침 다음일정이 없어서인지는 몰라도 체크아웃 시간을 조정해 주어서 제게 편의를 제공했습니다. 도보로 5분이면 청결한 현지음식을 즐길수있는 푸드코트가 있고 마야 소핑몰또한 도보로 6준이라 너무 편했습니다. 게리에게 감사하며 다음에 또 뵙기를 희망합니다. 감사합니다

Very quiet, private place that is within 10 minutes of bustling streets. Great value - nice, big space with a strong AC unit in each room. Cyril and his wife were also very responsive to anything I needed.

This place is perfect as a home base for exploring Chiang Mai. Quiet location away from tourist hustle and bustle while still a walkable distance to everything we wanted to do in Old City. There are markets near by for essentials. Drinking water is provided in the common area. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The host was easy to communicate with and flexible with our check-in when we got in late (my fault for not reading the instructions). The beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever had in an Airbnb. I would absolutely stay here again.

Superbe rooftop où nos enfants se sont régalées! Très bien situé, proche de la vieille ville, d'un magnifique temple (wat molee), d'un très bon night market (porte nord). Un beau lieu pour visiter Chiang Mai et ses alentours. Les chambres sont propres et la grande terrasse est très bien amanagée, on oublie qu'on est dans le centre-ville. Très bonne communication avec l'hôte. Nous recommandons ce logement!!!

We loved staying at Jenna’s place and wish we could have been there longer. It’s very spacious, comfortable and has everything we needed including lots of personal touches and very thoughtful amenities. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

호스트님이 넘넘 침절한 곳이었습니다. 위치도 ymca바로 앞이라 좋고 올드타운 근처이고 분위기도 좋습니다. 별점이 좀 낮아 걱정했는데 별점 테러하신 분이 그냥 예민하신거같고, 30대 여자들 기준으로 동남아 여행 자주 가시면 이 집이 굉장히 혜자라는걸 아실겁니다. 수압이 약한것도 뭐 한국엄청 쌘거에비함 약하겠지만 동남아 호텔과 비교했을때도 그렇고 이정도면 충분하고 깨끗했습니다. 무엇보다 집자체가 커서 같이간 친구랑 아주 편안하게 있을수있었고 호스트님이 매우매우 친절하셔서 너무 좋았습니다. 집자체도 깨끗하구요. 호스트님이 뉴욕에서 대학을 나오신분이라 영어도 엄청 유창하셔서 소통하기도 좋았고, 이 가격이 이정도 크기의 숙소를 찾을수있다는게 정말 감사했습니다. 강추합니다. 기존에 이분이 운영하시는 다른 숙소에도 머물렀는데 좋아서 여기머물렀는데 역시나 적시나 좋네요. 그리고 이 호스트님이 도자기 공방도 운영하십니다. 덕분에 재밌는 체험도 할수있었고 도자기 공방 사장님이시다보니 구운 도자기를 에어비앤비 집으로도 가져다주시는둥 정말 너무너무 고마워서 감동적인 경험이었습니다. 조용하고 분위기좋고 오래되었지만 감각적이고 깨끗한 곳에서 치앙마이스러운 힐링 하실분들은 여기가심 행복하실거에요. 한달살기 담에 할때 꼭 여기로 하려고 찜해놓은곳 ㅋㅋ ホストさんがとても静かなところでした。 位置もymcaのすぐ前なのでいいですし、オールドタウンの近くで雰囲気もいいです。 評価が少し低くて心配しましたが、評価テロをした方がただ敏感なようで、30代の女性を基準に東南アジア旅行によく行けば、この家がとても最上だということが分かると思います。 水圧が弱いのも韓国のものより弱いと思いますが、東南アジアのホテルと比べてもそうですし、この程度なら

朋友們對這民宿整體感覺十分滿意，我們都特意安排了半天留在民宿內好好享受屋內設施：桌球枱、游泳池、卡拉OK及燒烤爐，像舉行了一個開心派對，十分難忘，民宿到商場超市都不遠，大讚，推薦。

特别喜欢一楼的公区！光影的打造和法式复古家具相互承托简直就是个摄影棚！小猫咪们用一根猫条就贿赂到啦真的超有镜头感（我们住的一楼单间完全不会感觉挤还是独立卫浴喔～旁边还有超宽敞的厨房各种厨具和调料应有尽有，冰箱和洗衣机容量也超大適適一家人租一栋长居应该很舒服～

Very quiet and safe place to stay. The security guard was very strict about safety issues every late night when we got back to house by taking online-cars. The host is very helpful on everything and quick replying for our questions. The entire room is clean and nice condition. The distance to 7-11 and Big C mini is walkable. And not too far away from each places we wanted to visit in Chiang Mai. We will definitely choose staying here again in the future.

Steven's place was brand new and spotless, all the appliances were brand new and everything you need to make you feel right at home during your vacation stay. Definitely I will stay there again and highly recommend anyone to stay. it's about a 20 mins drive into town, needless to say having your own transport would definitely be an advantage. Muly war sehr freundlich. Er und seine Frau waren jederzeit für Fragen oder Wünsche offen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und können diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

The place is better than the pictures. David and Kampy are always available for any support. We will stay here if we are coming back to Chiang Mai again. You may need to rent a vehicle if you are staying here.

Garn is a friendly and communicative host. The apartment was exactly how it is described on Airbnb. The Internet is fast and worked with no problems and the building is in a good location. Recommended

I loved staying here! Great location, beautiful pool, and the huge balcony was great to sit out on. One thing to note is that the unit I got did not match the pictures. Apparently, this is a condotel and you may not be assigned the one pictured and while the layout and amentities were the same the decor differed. So if this matters to you I'd clarify before booking. Other than I highly recommend. Sadly I had to cut my stay short due to a death in the family but when I return to Chiang Mai, I would stay here again

Ich habe 4 Wochen hier verbracht und muss sagen, ich habe mich sofort zuhause gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und mit allem, was wichtig ist ausgestattet. Vom Balkon hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf die Stadt, die ich jeden Abend genossen habe. Korvith ist ein toller Gastgeber, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit und gibt auch gerne gute Tipps für Ausflüge. Ich war rundherum zufrieden!

I’ve been coming to Chiang Mai a couple of times a year for the last 8 years. Last year I decided to stay in the Nimman area instead of the Old City. This time was my third stay in this lovely condo. It has a balcony with a view of beautiful trees and flowers. The apartment is sunny and spotlessly clean. Pristine. Everything you need is there. I really like the Mini mart and the laundry on the ground floor. The pool is very clean and not crowded. Bo is an amazing person. I have found so many great places in Chiang Mai, thanks to her. It has made my visits better than they ever were before. Highly recommend.
