The place was super nice and centrally located, Anna was totally friendly and helpful. Only the cost of the towels is a little hidden in the small print, apart from that everything is great and would come back at any time.

Everything was really great! The contact person was super nice, kept in touch with us via WhatsApp and was always friendly. The apartment is well maintained and there is really everything your heart desires. Particularly noteworthy is the perfect cleaning and the existing "disposable bedding" to protect the bed - very hygienic! We felt absolutely comfortable and would come back. The location directly on the beach is really fantastic!

We can recommend the apartment 100% - it was beautiful and a great stay. We felt totally comfortable! The apartment is very Mediterranean/modern, the bed super comfortable – a real highlight were the extremely good mosquito nets on all windows. We've never had that with a place to stay before. Outside there are beautiful olive trees and for us the best thing was: the cats that live there, they came by the terrace every day. The location is relatively good, but it is important to know: you absolutely need a car. But you can quickly reach the most beautiful places in the north of Sardinia. A big thank you for the great time and the super nice contact – we always felt well taken care of and would come back immediately! Even when we had a request (another blanket to sleep on), we were helped within a few minutes.

Beautiful, very clean apartment, great balcony, fantastic view. Kitchen with full equipment ( but no starting utensils e.g. some salt, sugar 2.3 bags of tea or the like, possibly a bottle of water available for arrival). Fans in the bathrooms very noisy - a bit problematic at night. Otherwise, everything is very good !

Very clean and spacious apartment, efficient air conditioning, large furnished L terrace where it is very nice to have aperitifs and meals, a peaceful place 15 minutes drive from the beaches of Budoni, excellent starting point to visit the Côte de Olbia in Orosei. We had a great week at this listing. Very friendly and helpful neighbors. Parking space in the yard of the property very nice. We'll be happy to go back. Great communication with managers for check-in and check-out.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 days and really enjoyed our stay. The room is clean, spacious with a large terrace and stunning views of the bay and mountains. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook in the kitchen. The territory of the hotel is well-maintained, a lot of greenery and flowering bushes. The hotel has its own equipped beach. We lived from May 27 to June 3, 2024, the weather was warm, sunny, the sea was refreshing. Marco at the reception was friendly and helped us with all our questions. Free parking on the hotel premises. The restaurant is delicious and always pleasant staff and music. We'd love to come back here again.

The place was very nice. We spent two weeks there with our kids. Of course, the proximity of the beach was great. 200 meters reachable by a small road. The area on Capo Testa is a dream, great for hiking with beautiful coves. However, you have to keep in mind that the road to the property is quite narrow, only accessible by a very small car. The garbage disposal unfortunately does not work well on Capo Testa, our garbage was often not picked up and we had to take it to Santa Teresa to the garbage dump. Otherwise, we were very happy with the place.
