There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

The property includes a bathroom and a balcony. The Rhine promenade is within walking distance in 5min. to reach, to the center of Beuel is about 10min. ( Cafés, restaurants, shops, supermarkets). By bus ( stop in 3min. walking distance) you are in about 12-15min. in the city center of Bonn.

Our guest rooms on the upper floor have their own entrance, bathroom and a large balcony which invite you for sunbathing from noontime on until evening. With just 38m² suitable for longer stays for 1-2 persons. A part of the flat is used by us as office, but most of the time you will be undisturbed. Refrigerator, dining table, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are available. Our kitchen is allowed to share.
