Bright detached apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine, quietly located in the countryside. Accessible through the garden (shared use possible). We are a family of 5 with a playful dog and 2 cats and are happy to give tips for a nice holiday. We are hosts with body and soul. Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

In the middle of a residential area close to the city of Hennef, our new guest apartment is located in the annex of our detached house with separate entrance and access on the ground floor. It is a newly renovated and bright comfort apartment (approx. 45 square meters) with its own bathroom, a kitchenette and modern basic equipment – ideal for a multi-day professional stay or just to relax over the weekend in the countryside.

The apartment is about 75sqm and is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house. It is located about 5 km from Bonn-City on the right bank of the Rhine in Beuel, 25 km from Cologne/Bonn Airport. There are very good connections to 3 bus lines and the airport motorway. The two-family house is located in the second row in the middle of a garden. Here is a pure residential area without industrial buildings.

New 100 sqm apartment - 3 bedrooms & terrace

The 100 m² non smoking apartment -built 2017- is on the ground floor in a house with two apartments. The house is in a small and quiet road. The spacious rooms -including 3 bedrooms- are suited for short and longer stays. The terrace and the well-equipped apartment will make you feel at home. We welcome kind guests who appreciate quiet nights and respect the curfew according to German customs.

This private room lies in Vinxel, a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Bonn. The room is on the lower level of our house, with a separate entrance and private bathroom. The room is quiet and modernly decorated. A private parking space is available. Area: direct bus connections to Bonn City. Good road connections to Bonn, Siegburg and Cologne. The double room with its own entrance door and private bathroom is located on the first floor of a detached house in the heart of Hangelar. All shops are within 3 minutes' walk, Bonn city center is 10 minutes by car or tram. Coffee/tea are available at any time. A small hallway with a wardrobe connects the room to the bathroom, which is very well lit and has a large shower.
