This is like a dream. I regret that we booked only three nights. We wish we could be here forever! The place is in the middle of Black Forest, close to all places that beat represent the culture and nature of Black Forest, and far from tourism places. The house, the decoration, and surrounding nature and setting are very charming and magical, makes you feel like you go back in time. The place is also very clean which is very important to us. The host very responsive and provide best instruction and guide to local places. We already plan to come back! Highly recommended! ❤️👍🏻

The apartment is located in one of the most charming alleys of the old city, caressed by a suggestive canal overlooked by the three bright windows (which can be darkened at night). Next to the entrance, there are two beautiful places to eat and drink something good; the general atmosphere is soft and the night is very quiet. With a few steps - or by using the tram, two minutes away - you have all the most significant places in the city at your disposal. The accommodation, on the first floor, is reached by a short flight of stairs. The interior is excellently maintained and cleaned with great care, tastefully furnished, with warm tones and materials, and equipped with every comfort. The kitchen is small but functional. Ultimately, a very charming stay but, at the same time, very practical and pleasant. Check-in was held remotely due to my delay, but everything went very well: Christine is communicative, kind, and ready to give directions. Thank you very much, I will be back

As a family with two small children (4 and 6 years old), we spent wonderful days in Ludger's apartment. The selection of books and toys is phenomenal, the apartment is equipped with everything you need in everyday life. The apartment is clean, there is enough of everything. Ludger is very friendly and very easy to reach. We had self-inflicted problems with the toaster, Ludger replaced it directly. Highly recommended, the price-performance ratio is great!

We would like to fully confirm the numerous positive reviews of our predecessors. The location and view of the apartment are great, the amenities complete and the host very thoughtful and always helpful. The shower is in the bathtub, but still suitable for older people, as fixed handles are anchored in the wall. German visitors should be prepared for a weak mobile signal in the entire border area, but the Wi-Fi in Philipps apartment is great. Perfect for a vacation on German soil in Switzerland.

A peaceful retreat with the most amazing views from both main rooms. Tobias was incredibly generous (I arrived after the shops had all closed) and friendly. All the facilities are new (or almost) - comfy bed, good shower- and you can really tell this is part of a well loved home- but with absolutely no noise! I was working locally but it is easy to get to Basel and Zurich. Thoroughly recommend for long or short stay!

Our trip to Christiane Paula's place was amazing. It was clean, well-maintained and quite newly refurbished. You can walk to restaurants in Todtnauberg, as well as the Blackforestline and hike atop of Feldberg quickly. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, so in case you wanna have a relaxing weekend in Black Forest we highly recommend this place :)

This year, we visited Marcello & Sandra’s lovely home once again. As always, it’s a clean, charming, and stylish place. It’s also a peaceful, quiet, and calm Airbnb home. Marcello answered all our questions and was always helpful whenever we needed anything. He is a very attentive and warm host. We’re thinking of staying here again.

Pleasant stay in this spacious, fully-equipped duplex studio located in a pleasant residential area, near the Rhine. The vast space available and the calm were particularly appreciated with the children. Thanks to Leonore and Bea for the welcome and responsiveness!

We had a great stay at Andreas' place! The apartment had everything we needed and we felt right at home. The location was perfect for reaching lots of Black Forest locations. We had a small problem with the hot water and Andreas helped us get it fixed right away. We'd happily stay here again.

Great location and warm and welcoming hosts. Everything is nearby. Old Colmar is a few minutes' walk away. And secure parking for car. Michel and Halima are adorable. Mint tea and homemade cakes. Thank you for a great stay.

This was truly the most beautiful home and location. We drove from Basel and it was easy to find. Great amenities. The home was absolutely spotless and well equipped. It was just stunning. With the views from full length windows to the stream and being able to walk out in to the forest. There were local goats which were a big hit with the kids. We had a teenage boy and 7 year old girl and both loved it. If you have kids, there is a theme park about 1 hour or so away and a beautiful swimming complex about 20 mins away. But honestly, just staying at the house and hiking was the best. I would stay here again and would highly recommend. The hosts met us to let us in and changed our check-in when our flight times were changed by the airline which helped so much. I can not fault it. Perfection.

Great house with great amenities.

We had a very nice week in Schwarzwaldhaus Auszeit. We were kindly welcomed by Mr. Brombacher (we did not meet Angelika herself). The house is very comfortable: spacious, clean and well equipped. The house is directly adjacent to a beautiful forest, where we could take long walks with the dog. The facilities in the village of Sankt Blasien are within walking distance, unfortunately several restaurants were closed during the period we were there (March). This house is highly recommended for couples with a dog!

Claus was a very nice and welcoming host. The communication and instructions were very clear and the check-in was super flexible as we arrived very late to the apartment. The apartment itself was very spacious and clean. Thank you very much, Claus.

The apartment was fantastic. Contrary to many other places I have been, it was heated from the start, so the arrival late in a cold night was very comfortable. The place is really good. I could work in a very spacious working space. The kitchen had everything. René was kind enough to allow me to use basic stuff, like oil and sugar, so I could cook without needing to buy everything. I had a couple of questions for René who replied to me straightaway in very precise and polite maners. The main space was looking the Rhine and it was fantastic to have breakfast or dinner there. The location is wonderful, with views over the Rhine and the other side of the river, with boats passing by, and enjoying Basel at its heart. I am very grateful to René and I am looking forward my next trip to Basel to ask him again to stay there.

I stayed in Thomas' apartment for 4 days and I liked it. Facility as shown and maintained. Easily accessible and a short walk across the border to Switzerland. I had trouble checking in, but Thomas contacted me immediately and explained everything. I would love to come back and have already booked the next stay

Beatrice's apartment is well furnished and everything you need is there. The apartment was clean and exactly as described. Beautiful area, very good hiking trails. The bus stop is just a few steps away. Good starting point for many beautiful excursions. Check-in was also easy. Beatrice is a nice and helpful hostess. We can recommend the apartment.

Nice place to stay in Spring, easy to reach via the S1 from Freiburg, host is easy to reach. Would stay again!
