The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passauer Dreiflußeck directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet. Only the living room has a window to a schoolyard where students sometimes make noise. Throughout the year, the nature of the Bavarian Forest invites you to explore it. Hiking trails are right at your doorstep. Extended tours are just as possible as Nordic walking, snowshoeing in winter, or easy walks. Look for mushrooms in the fall and enjoy the snow in the winter. Cross-country ski trails are on site when there is sufficient snow.

Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street embedded in greenery. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020 consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic equipment, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. At the foot of the property flows the Klopferbach and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a Kneipp pool.

Enjoy the tranquility of our idyllically located farm in the Lower Bavarian Rottal. You sleep in the shepherd's wagon, on the edge of our garden on a meadow, next to the garden pavilion and grill. The car is equipped with a folding sofa bed, table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating and a kitchenette. This is equipped with a fridge, hotplate, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the house, a complete guest bathroom is at your disposal.
