We had the best stay here in the most beautiful surroundings. The place was very clean with thoughtful touches and had everything we could ever need!

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like coffee and local guidebooks. The host was responsive and made check-in a breeze. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a fantastic stay, was so close to the beach, local shops and restaurants. It had everything we needed for a care free holiday, will definitely be coming back!

We have just got back from a week staying at Javier and Nathalie’s house. We are family of two adults and four children ranging age from 14 to 1 and this place had everything you could possibly need! The house is spacious and pool bigger than it looked in the photos, cinema room is an added bonus. Very well equipped with baby gates, toys, high chairs, the cot was put up, extra bedding available, inflatables and bikes. Also the kitchen has a filtered tap for drinking water so no carrying heavy bottles of water back from the shop! The location is quiet and is a good 10-15minute walk to the beach (with little children in tow) and a 20minute bike ride to the big Lidl so I think next time we would potentially hire a car. Only thing to note is that the restaurants close by don’t often open of an evening until 8pm so when we went out at 6.30-7pm nothing was open! The tram is easy, it’s at the entrance to the beach and only four stops to El campello. The hosts were so lovely and helpful!

Manuel was attentive and always in contact from the moment of the reservation. He replied quickly and made sure we found a convenient time to meet for the check in. He sent lots of suggestions for places to eat, shopping groceries and even transport plans to find our way around. On the last day he was also there to hand the keys back and say good bye. It's a large estate comprised of 2-3 apartments plus Manuel's own home (nice to know we could reach him if we needed to). Still lots of privacy, all units separated by large landscaped terraces with palm trees and cacti, each apartment with own balcony area with deck chairs overlooking the sea. It's a quiet and peaceful corner, our apartment was at the top of the stairs and I could even hear the waves from bed at night. A proper beach house, you can walk barefoot from the room down to the beach. But also a few minutes stroll to all the restaurants and shops in the area, with a nearby bus and tram stops to connect with the city and beyond.

Nice, modern and clean flat not far from the nice beaches and restaurants. Good value for money.

Fantastic place! Infinity pools with a sea view are something else. The host and co-host were very hospitable and communicated clearly and in advance. The apartment looks even better in real life, the pictures don't do it justice. We also loved the beach and how accessible it is. If I really had to nitpick, I'd love to see some shelves in shower cabins to put stuff on, and it would be great to include a shower gel (which is advertised in the listing), but neither is really a deal breaker. It's an easy 5-star airbnb!

We had an amazing week at this accommodation! Very comfortable, in front of the beach and with a pool. Very well distributed space, with everything we needed, including for the pool and beach, kitchen utensils, towels and hair dryer. We just had a little trouble regulating the shower temperature. We would definitely come back to enjoy the space and the city more! We highly recommend it! Thank you.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ☺️

Great location directly at the Beach, sea view. Great hosts with quick respond times Also great to have 3 separate bedrooms of you are travelling with a bigger group. Big plus are the (beach) accessories that are available (umbrella, trolley, bodyboards, bikes, scooters, balls) and free of charge.

Wow, what pleasant stay we had. This apartament is exactly like the pictures, even better because you can hear the waves from the bedroom which contributes to the whole relaxed environment. Gonzalo and his family were very responsive, Jose provided very useful tips for visiting Villajoyosa. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids and we felt like home in this apartment. I would book it again in a heartbit. Thanks Gonzalo and family for your hospitality!
