Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Santa Flavia

Marina has set the bar unattainably high for any other AirBnb host! Not only was the house absolutely beautiful, it was clean, organized, perfectly located, and had every amenity you could think of (plus more that you didn't remember!). On top of that, Marina is a gem of a person. I've never been to the same AirBnb twice because we like going to new places, but I really hope to make coming back here an annual tradition! My children will remember Palermo forever. Thank you so much, Marina <3

The experience at Gianluca's villa was simply unforgettable. Immersed in an oasis of tranquility, the villa offers unparalleled tranquility, ideal for those who want to get away from the daily hustle and bustle. The pool, perfectly cared for, is the real heart of the house: spending the days on the bathtub with a splendid view of the sea has been restorative. The view is breathtaking, with the sea stretching over the horizon, offering incredible shows especially at sunset. At night, the starry sky was the icing on the cake. The lack of light pollution made it possible to admire once celestial times punctuated by stars, creating a magical and romantic atmosphere. In short, this villa is perfect for those looking for an elegant and relaxing retreat, where the sea, nature and peace meet in perfect balance. Can't wait to go back!

Nuccia was a wonderful host. The house is near the airport and has amazing lemon trees in the garden. Highly recommend.

Very nice house, I liked it very much. The house is old and atmospheric, inside there is everything for the kitchen and for the laundry. We went in a company of 5 people, plenty of space. The host is very friendly, downstairs there is a huge TV and a lot of subscriptions to streaming services. Beautiful view of the city, mountains and sea. Great! I want to come back again

Great apartment and host. The apartment is clean , spacious and with a great outside space . Location is perfect , 5 mins walk to the beach and cafes and restaurants . Highly recommend and we will stay here again!

The stay with Dario, was our last apartment in Sicily. The location is perfect to visit Palermo, Monreale and Mondello beach. The apartment is new and wonderfully large. There were two of us, but there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms so very suitable for four people. In addition to the apartment being beautiful, the most important thing to say is: the tremendous hospitality of Dario and his wife. Upon arrival, there were brioche ready for us, halfway through we got a nice wine from the region and at our farewell delicious sandwiches for breakfast….. and it's not even about what we got, it's much more about the kindness and the willingness to help, give tips and advice. Dario was WONDERFUL and felt familiar like we were friends. I can write much more beautiful and good, e.g. about how neat and clean and new it was... but I would say: experience it for yourself. We had a beautiful, amazing stay! We started off our trip in Catania area and finished it here. It’s only a couple min ride from the airport which was great for us since we flew out of Palermo. The home looked just like the photos. In fact, the yard/pool even looked bigger in real life. We couldn’t use the pool because it rained a bit during our stay, but it was super clean/we still had a blast and enjoyed sitting outside when it stopped raining. We traveled with 4 young children and they absolutely loved the play area on the lawn. That was such a nice added bonus. Home was spotless and had enough space to fit our group of 12. PLENTY of extra blankets and linen. Each room had AC which was nice too. Host was very responsive and great at communicating! We didn’t have any issues finding the home and we were greeted upon arrival with some yummy pies and snacks. So grateful we found this gem.

Alessandro was a super good host! Always answering all our questions quickly and making sure everything was good. Gave good tips as well and was always available during the stay. Super friendly and helpful. The house had an amazing outside area, where we enjoyed the outdoor kitchen with dinners and the pool etc. Trapetto as a town is quite dead but many very beautiful places to visit around and things to do and see. I definitely recommend this villa, the sunset view was also amazing.

Beautiful penthouse apartment located in a safe but vibrant neighbourhood. Communication was fantastic before and during the stay. Flexible check in much appreciated as was arranging for transfers to and from the airport. Check in was done with Luigi in person who explained everything perfectly and provided some great recommendations for places to eat and visit (lots of great restaurants nearby). Great transport links (bus) to both the old town (or a 20-30 min walk) as well as Mondello beach (highly recommended). Apartment itself was very large (3 double beds and baths) and really well equipped with a huge wraparound terrace. Huge sofa and Smart TV as well as top end appliances. One of the nicest apartments we have stayed in and would highly recommend.

Such a cute and quiet place to get away from the city just what we needed! Tania was so nice and we were able to hang out in the garden, pick the fig trees, have eggs from her chickens! Just incredible experience!

Had a great time in this apartment. Plenty space to stretch out and enjoy Palermo. Very central to the city and near a great spot to grab casual drinks and mix with locals. Enrico was a fantastic host - extremely responsive and thoughtful providing great advice and helping to arrange taxis / reservations etc. highly recommended.

We loved our stay. Amazing view from the large balcony and in a really good area of town. The Airbnb was well equipped and even though it was in a very central location it was quiet at night. Antonio was a great host and super responsive. If we were in Palermo again, we’d happily stay here.

Lovely place right on the water with wonderful view of Mondello and the bay. 5 minute walking distance to the main square of Mondello. Cesare was a great host and point of contact during our time there. Would definitely consider staying again!

Flavia's place was perfect for our 7 day stay over Easter. Spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed for a wonderful stay. comfy beds. great shower and just enough supply's for a little bit of cooking. so central to everything in Palermo that we had no trouble getting around. Palermo parties over Easter late into the night so earplugs were needed but that is because we went to bed earlier than others 😅 would definitely book this apartment again

Stayed for a few days. Firstly confusing to locate the driveway, it comes up quickly from the highway. Giuseppe arranged to meet us and let us in. Place was spotless clean and bright. The minute you saw the balcony with the view it relaxed you. Located not far from Palermo on a main road. Restaurants are all along the road in either direction. Supermarket is a down the street also. Kitchen has all the needed appliances Balcony has Lounge chairs, seating area and a barbecue. Would book this again if ever in the area for an extended time, so you are able to enjoy all the amenities. AAA+

Ornella and her daughter Beatrice were wonderful hosts. They responded to my questions in a timely manner.—- always pleasant and eager to help. The Villa and its surroundings and location were perfect for my group. The outdoor space was amazing! I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone wanting to be near Palermo and the beach!

Excellent stay in this very stylish house. We loved the views and had an amazing time next to the swimminpool. We missed a couple of things in the house such as a smart tv with netflix, good wifi and space for groceries in the kitchen. But after our feedback I believe this will be solved immediately for the next guests. I would definitely recommend this place!

Guido and his wife were super friendly and helped us from the beginning when our flight was hours too late. they drove us to the car rental and whatever we needed they responded immediately. The secret excess to the beach was very special and the house perfect for a family. thank you for the time being !!!

Ignazio is a perfect host! The check in was easy. He waited for us. Communication was perfect. The house is really big and has an amazing garden. I can highly recommend the house of Ignazio.

Natalia was very helpful, responding straight away to all our questions. She is a very lovely lady, she even baked us some sicilian cakes which were delicious. The villa was very well equipped. We had a good time.

We had a great stay at the place. The view is priceless, and the location is very private and quiet. Giuseppe welcomed us very warmly and was always easily accessible. The house was very clean and tidy, only a few pots were still greasy. In front of the house is a very busy bridge that makes some noise during the day, but that doesn't bother you any further. We would come back.

Villa Ginevra is an enchanting Sicilian home representing traditional and modern just as shown in listing. The grounds are picturesque, providing the beauty of nature within walking distance to local amenities such as pasticceria and market.  Engaging with Vincenzo and family was a pleasure. They were helpful providing local recommendations and scheduling a private cooking class where we prepared a delicious meal, connected and created a memory together. The highlight of stay was our intimate wedding ceremony. Vincenzo and team created an ethereal outdoor  experience at the villa where we got to exchange vows, share our commitment before our God and loved ones, and begin our journey as husband and wife. A delightful meal and conversation under the stars followed. The local private chef, photographer, videographer, stylist, and florist that Vincenzo coordinated were amazing. We are so grateful Vincenzo opened up his home and shared his gift for lifetime memories to be made ❤️
