Holiday rentals with lake access in Santa Rosa Island

Our stay was great! The house looked as depicted in the photos - everything was clean and inviting. It was great for our family vacation! The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We especially liked the swings at the dock - we spent time there every morning looking out over the water! Sarah was communicative and flexible about our check in time as well!

We LOVE the Bungalow. Could not recommend it more to couples visiting 30A. We really enjoyed the outdoor space - morning, afternoon, and night. The inside was clean, comfortable, and had everything you need. Felicia is a great host!

I went to Lee’s house primarily to see the Blue Angels practice. The house was great. Very clean, with everything you need on a stay. I appreciated the fact she accepts dogs so I was able to bring mine with me not having to use Rover. He enjoyed the fenced back yard. Thanks, Lee!

We had a great time at Bryan’s place. My sons had an amazing time fishing, it was quiet and peaceful. The location was an easy drive from the beach or restaurants. Bryan was helpful and very responsive. He even helped us out within 5 minutes when we locked ourselves out of the house. Awesome vacation! Would definitely come back.

The house has a very classic charm, with antique details that make it special. You need to handle everything with care due to its age and delicate structure. The cleanliness was good (I’d rate it 7/10). Overall, it’s a cozy, simple place for a peaceful stay. My family and I had a great time. The location is excellent, with many supermarkets and stores nearby. Thank you for the experience!

This place is not even described accurately through the photos. This is the best Airbnb we’ve ever been to! The ocean is totally accessible as well as kayaks, paddle boards, etc. You can swim with large fish, dolphins, sting rays, etc. The mini-home is right off of the yard and you are able to do anything you want from there. It’s clean and precise with all of the labels showing you how to work everything. All in all, an amazing visit! 100% recommend

This condo was such a great place for our family. We were here for a baseball tournament and the rest of our team also stayed at Seascape. There’s so much to do on the property and it’s an easy walk to the beach. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. There was a lot of beach supplies for us on the porch- chairs, umbrella, cart, and lots of toys.

Great place to stay right in the middle of lots of things to do. I will say the one thing not communicated in the listing is that the bathroom is Jack and Jill style and connect the 2 rooms together. But the place is great, in a safe area, had many pools, the beach is close, and is well worth the price.

I fully recommend Louis's place - close to great beaches, restaurants and other activities. Louis is really responsive to inquiries. The apartment is very comfortable and was great for a couple/ 2 people. I will try to get this place when I return again to Panama City/ Destin. Thanks Louis!

stayed at one of Lee’s Seagrove properties recently and couldn’t have asked for a smoother, more thoughtful hosting experience. The bungalow was clean, well-appointed, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. Communication was clear and timely, and Lee made the whole process easy, from check-in to checkout. The location was ideal—quiet, yet close to everything I needed. Grateful for the hospitality!

Would definitely book this place again. Blane was super friendly and had an answer to every question. I wish all Airbnb hosts were just like Blane

This space is beautiful and the host is welcoming. My hard to please teen daughters loved it lol I can’t wait to visit again!

Great stay. Master bedroom bed was comfy and the bedding was soft. Slept like a baby. Lots of floor mats all around which is a beach necessity to keep sand out and comfy in. Rain shower head was a treat and the water pressure was great. Shower curtain was a little pink around the bottom indicating a need to be washed or bleached. Not a big deal and my eyes were closed enjoying the rain head shower anyway. Guest bed wasn’t quite as comfy as the master, but my daughter didn’t have any trouble sleeping in each day. Black out window coverings would be a nice addition as it gets bright early at the beach. Kitchen was well stocked, but the only we used during our stay was the fridge and mw. Checkout duties were normal start the dw and washing machine before you leave. Nothing ridiculous. Wife mentioned that the kitchen cabinets and stove front could use a deep clean. We did have guests in the attached apt. During our stay in the main unit. I could hear them pretty clearly through the walls.

Lauren’s place was good. Their cleaners did not show up between the people checking out the morning we checked in. Lauren offered some solutions and it was taken care of. She reimbursed our cleaning fee and was finding a new cleaner to use. We had an issue with the clothes dryer not drying well and she sent a guy out the next day to fix it. Overall place was as described cute place nice walking distance to a nice part of the beach. I would say it’s in the more quiet part of PCB which having kids with us is a plus. I would stay there again. Just a few minute drive to pier park and close to gas stations and dollar general. Overall good location and nice place. Also the back yard area is great for people with small dogs very private and super cute with the Astro turf and seating.

This was a dream location and trip. Being so close to the beach. Yet on a quiet end was perfect for a family. The pool and dock created so many memories for our family.

We enjoyed our stay at Christopher’s. It’s In a quiet neighborhood and easy to venture out to anywhere we wanted to explore. Loved the remotes for fans and lights in each room. We also spent a lot of time just hanging out in the piano room which was a key part of getting together. The place also had chairs and umbrellas to use at the beach and most anything you might need. It has been well thought out. We were very happy we chose this place amongst all the different options. Thanks Christopher for a great stay!

This is our second time returning to this cottage and we just love it! Everything about this Airbnb is amazing. The host was very responsive when we had internet issues that were caused from a storm. Had the issue fixed within a couple hours. The house is super charming and in a great location. Beds and pillows are very comfortable! Our dogs love the fenced in yard. We will be returning next year I’m sure of it!!!

Absolutely loved this stay! The pictures do not do it justice, it was beautiful! The house smelled and looked great right when we stepped in. Meredith was such a great host! Super responsive before and throughout our stay! She went above and beyond for our stay this weekend! I would 100% book again! This stay was amazing and I was so sad to leave. This place is so cute! From the roosters crowing in the morning to the tree frogs singing in the evening; we loved it. The property is filled with charm having beautiful gardens & a variety of Annie's antique treasures around the cottage... vintage, quirky ,rustic... It all takes you back to a simpler time and gives you that true southern, "old florida" vibe. Annie is so personable and sweet..and knows all the hot spots around town for shopping, food and adventure.... and its just a short drive to the beautiful white sandy beaches on the Gulf. Wonderful place!

Tucked away at the end of E. Park Place, this home offers a peaceful, private escape. The screened-in porch was one of my favorite features, fully equipped and perfect for relaxing with a book or just unwinding. I also appreciated the outdoor shower after beach trips, and the barbecue setup was great for grilling. The house is just a short walk to a stunning stretch of beach, right next to Camp Helen State Park. I used the rental bikes to explore the area, which made getting around easy and fun. The kitchen was fully stocked, everything was very clean and thoughtfully maintained, and the host was quick to respond to any questions. It’s a quiet, well-kept Airbnb that I’ll definitely be returning to.
