In the bedrooms features two double beds (1.8 x 2 m) available. The apartment is situated on the edge of the center in a quiet side street. Shops and bus stop are nearby. The Festspielhaus is in 7 minutes to reach the center in 15 minutes. Cleaning and laundry service is weekly and is included in the price. A tax for private stays in the amount of currently EUR 3.20 per day per person is payable. It is a Non smoking apartment, no pets please.

As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Behind the railway line (5-minute walk) you will find a small stream, fields, forest and meadows.
