Eine kurze Fahrt mit Auto/Bus zur UNESCO Kurstadt Baden-Baden mit historischen Gebäuden, Parks, Gärten, Skulpturen, Kunst, Museen und natürlichen Thermalquellen.

Der Schwarzwald-Nationalpark ist nur 20 Minuten entfernt. Das Häuschen ist hochwertig ausgestattet, im Winter brennt der Pelletofen mit behaglicher Flamme, Ein Sitzplatz auf dem Winzergrundstück laden ein um ein Glas Wein zu geniesen. Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Lovingly renovated Black Forest house from 1831

The typical Black Forest house from 1831 was lovingly renovated in 2021. On the ground floor, which is accessible, there is a wheelchair-accessible bathroom. The large living/cooking/dining area with its clay-plastered walls and solid wood fixtures is at the center of the house. In the historic attic there is a large and two small bedrooms. There is also a cozy bathroom in the attic. A stream ripples past in front of the playground in the garden. Tourist tax not included!

Venez vous ressourcer dans notre cabane perchée (non accessible aux personnes à mobilités réduites, échelle de meunier) avec vue sur nos chèvres miniatures, nos minis ânes, nos minis poneys, notre cochon, déconnection totale mais avec très bonne couverture réseau (au cas où) 😀. Vous pourrez profiter d’un véritable SPA sur la terrasse de la cabane. ⚠️ La cabane n’est pas adaptée aux enfants en bas âge. À 20 min de Strasbourg, 15 min de Haguenau, 10 min de l’Allemagne.

At an altitude of 680 m and away from the urban jungle and any everyday hustle and bustle, you can enjoy nature or discover it on your own. Explore local hiking trails or discover the Black Forest and the nearby mountain bike trail by bike.

Black Forest, vineyards, pure nature: You can enjoy all this in our apartment "Schwarzwaldmarie" and leave everyday life behind you. In summer, there are no limits to the activities right outside the door - hiking in the Black Forest, biking or walking through the vineyards. In winter, the nearby ski slopes are a popular destination - if you like it cozy, you can enjoy the wood crackling in front of the fire with a glass of local wine.

Our accommodation, true to the motto "small but nice," is located in the small Sasbachwalden surrounded by the breathtaking mountains of the Black Forest and offers a lot of relaxation, adventure and pure life. In the vicinity is the nearest ski resort just 15 minutes by car from the apartment. The beautiful Mummelsee is also a 14-minute drive away and invites you to take leisurely walks.

It is a quiet attached apartment with 45 m2 in our house. They have their own entrance, so they are undisturbed. The apartment is surrounded by vineyards. The nearest shopping area is a 5-minute walk away. They can park right in front of the house. It is 2.7 km to Bühl and 10 km to Baden-Baden.
