Very quiet environment by the river for this pretty old renovated house with fenced parking and 1700 m2 plot. Ideally located 5 km from Château du Rivau, 7 km from Richelieu, 15 km from Chinon, between the Loire Castles, wine route and Futuroscope. We are a few meters from the Richelieu - Chinon greenway (bicycle). And 8 km from Île Bouchard for its pilgrimage. The gîte is also suitable for motorcycles :) Rental from Saturday to Saturday during the summer (thank you)
