Quiet but centrally located, you can reach numerous shops, restaurants, bakeries and cafes in less than 2 minutes on foot. The Bavarian train station is also just an 8-minute walk away. The University Hospital Leipzig is also nearby. You can check in flexibly after 4 pm independently via key safe.

Our country house is located on the outskirts of Wöllnau. Wöllnau belongs to the municipality of Doberschütz. Between the rivers Elbe and Mulde extends the Dübener Heide Nature Park. The cities of Leipzig, Dresden, Wittenberg, Torgau, Eilenburg and Bad Düben are easy to reach and invite you to stroll, shop, sightsee and enjoy cultural activities. Bathing lakes and forest baths, as well as a riding stable in the village, offer fun and relaxation in summer.

Perfekt geeignet für 2-4 Personen, wird euch in der frisch renovierten und neu ausgestatteten 2-Zimmer Wohnung nichts fehlen. Direkt vor der Haustür befinden sich zahlreiche Lokalitäten. Stadtzentrum und Stadtpark sind in nur wenigen Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen.
