The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Gamlestova at Juv

Juv is much more than just a house and a bed! Gamlestova was the original farmhouse and has the same amazing views as Juvsøyna on Juv and Gamletunet on Juv. From the canopy bed in the living room you can wake up to the sunrise and if you are lucky follow a tourist boat on its way to Olden with your eyes. In the evening you can fire up the stove, feel the good heat, read a good book and fall asleep to the light of the flames and the sound of the wood stove nearby. NB! Outdoor hot tub and car charger are not included in the rental price.

The house has everything you need and appears today as a new exclusive modern house. It has 2 bath, bathtub, 4 bedrooms with a big bed, modern kitchen, very good WIFI, 65" TV, washing machine and dryer, fireplace and an exclusive sauna. En unik boendeupplevelse med idealiska förutsättningar för lugn, närhet till naturen och Bjärehalvöns alla utflyktsmål. Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr. Under vintersäsong 1/11-1/3 har vi stängt för bokning.

Boathouse by the lake in Sokn, Stavanger

The boathouse is brand new and part of the seaside house environment towards Soknasundet. There is a jetty with fishing opportunities. Buildings and furniture are made by the renowned architect Espen Surnevik. If you come by boat there is plenty of room for the boat at the jetty. The boathouse is part of Sokn Gard (see fb) which has many animals you can visit, and the farm has 5 km of hiking trails.
