Hiking and cycling opportunities can be found right in front of the house, and it takes 20-35 minutes to get to the center of Salzburg by bus or car, depending on traffic conditions. Beautiful detached house in a rural but central area. The St. Georgen highway exit can be reached in 10 minutes! Lake Attersee can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Vöcklamarkt train station is 2 km away. Vöcklamarkt is very centrally located in the Alpine foothills of the Salzkammergut, surrounded by meadows and wooded hills. Especially popular with our guests are the day trips to the sights of the Salzkammergut or to the nearby city of Salzburg (50 km).

We have a nice little 1-room apartment for travelers who like to spend a little time out in nature. The apartment is about 15 square meters and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

Spacious and quiet accommodation. The kitchen is well equipped (stove with oven). 2 children up to 14 years old can sleep comfortably on the sofa bed in the kitchen. The kitchen is a passage room to the adjoining double bedroom. The bathroom with toilet and washing machine is in the hallway. Grocery store, cafe and 24-hour shop very close. Wi-Fi throughout the house and extra cable at the desk for a stable internet access e.g. for remote work.

Start your excursions by bike or car from our blue vacation cottage to the cozy Innviertel with its beautiful gardens, monasteries, markets, explore the Drei-Seengebiet or visit the cultural city of Salzburg, which you can reach in half an hour by car. When you come back, you can cook your own dinner in the cozy kitchen or fire up the grill. Enjoy the view of the pond, the flora and the cheeky swallows on the terrace.

You can enjoy the holiday in the beautiful Kirchham, in the middle of the Triangle baths. In our newly renovated apartments with beautiful vaults, you can relax in car 32m2. Right next door you will find our restaurant "Gasthof Bauer" that spoils you with regional products.
