We spent a few days at this wonderful place last week, and it was truly a dream. We were looking for peace and rest, and we found exactly that—and so much more. The atmosphere is calm and soothing, the surroundings are beautiful, and the space itself is incredibly comfortable and cozy. The view and the nature around us felt like a dream come true. We felt deeply connected to the environment, and even though the pictures are beautiful, they simply can’t capture the feeling of actually being there. It’s something you have to experience for yourself. The hosts were absolutely lovely—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth and stress-free, which made everything even more enjoyable. We’re extremely happy with our stay and would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommended if you need to recharge in a peaceful, welcoming environment!

Contact and reception were very friendly. Suitable for large families. Children and adolescents were able to occupy themselves very well with the available toys and equipment, such as billiard table, kicker, table tennis in the building. Great covered barbecue area and fireplace available. We enjoyed the stay in the Backesgarten very much.

It was a very nice stay and we felt comfortable at all times. The animals on the farm were also very trusting. Nowhere else can you find more nature and digital detox.

The Stranzenburg is a super cool and extraordinary location. In addition to the flair of the 15th-18th century, a neighboring property with a bathing pond, charcoal grill, etc. is also available. We were here with a group of friends and were able to spend an exciting weekend; our crime thriller dinner planned for the holiday also found the perfect location as a setting! Ursula was always very easy to reach as a landlady and is also a great contact person. The cake that Ursula baked and prepared for the handover of the AirBnB was also super delicious. We can therefore recommend the accommodation to anyone who is looking for something unusual and wants to experience a special flair of the accommodation :-)

The place is really great. The garden with sauna and whirlpool is the absolute highlight. We had a great time and would love to come back. Absolute recommendation!

The place was great, had a great weekend. Beautiful large house, everything you need available, nice rooms & great bathrooms. Unfortunately, we probably went through that the pool can't be used in May — we still had a great time

If you're looking for peace and nature, this is the place to be. The modern and well-equipped house is located on the edge of a quiet holiday home estate with an unobstructed view of meadows and forest from the terrace. Very spacious garden with various seating and lounging areas. The winter garden is particularly great, as it allows you to sit "outside" even when it's raining. The communication was very friendly and pleasant. All in all highly recommended.

Had a nice end to our road trip. Will definitely come here again, should we need a place to sleep around Cologne.

Philippe is a superhost. The house is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything. It feels like you're home. The garden is also beautifully landscaped. For me personally, the most beautiful air bnb I have stayed in. Philippe explained everything well and responded extremely quickly to our messages. The area is very nice. Great apartment in Winningen. Good starting point for the surrounding area. Vyto is very friendly and quick to reach. The apartment, especially the kitchen, is well equipped. Beds a little soft and rooms a little noisy. Price for towels and bed linen with 16€ pP quite high. The sofa bed might be a little tight for 2. Perfect for up to 5 people! We would come back :)

Everything was correct according to the listing. The beautiful city center of Ahrweiler is within walking distance, but you can also start various walks from the accommodation.

Top location with nice terrace. Very good amenities. The landlords live in the basement. Ideal for a family with 2 children. However, since the bedroom upstairs is completely open and has no ventilation, the house is not optimal for 2 couples.

We had a very nice extended weekend in this lovingly furnished cottage. Very nice, helpful and friendly landlords. We had our own entrance to the clean and well-equipped accommodation. Not only there, but especially in the kitchen, every detail was thought of. Our car was safely parked on the property, right next to the entrance. With everything you need. New furniture and new good mattresses. The house was fully equipped with everything needed, also very modernly furnished, everything renovated. The bathroom and kitchen were fully equipped and everything worked perfectly.

Ralf and Ramona were exceptional hosts! We had a great time staying at their place. The yard was perfect for our little children to run around without any concerns. There was more than enough room for all of us. As hosts, Ralf and Ramona went the extra mile to ensure our stay was nothing short of amazing. Couldn’t recommend them more. Beautiful, thoroughly renovated house in a quiet location overlooking the countryside... We felt very comfortable. The amenities are extensive, the decor rather reduced, but we prefer it rather than an overloaded decor... However, the light could be a little brighter. The beds in turn were great...

The house is beautiful, inside and out. It has been renovated and furnished with great attention to detail. There is also a fantastic garden, with some places to sit outside. We really didn't miss anything here and we would have liked to just stay here.

We had a nice time at Lisa and Aaron's house. You are completely in nature in a quiet area and can relax very well in the whirlpool😊. The kitchen is also very well equipped - almost nothing is left to be desired. We can definitely recommend the house 😊

The small cottage is located in a vacation home settlement in the Wiedtal. It is equipped with everything and very comfortable. The outdoor area also offers everything. Great is the hotpot outdoors. The excursion tips from the hosts are also great. We felt very comfortable.

We spent Pentecost at Lorenzo's house. He welcomed us warmly on site and immediately solved a minor problem. We felt very comfortable. The small, angular cottage is divided into a kitchen, dining and living area in the lower part. The kitchen is superbly equipped, the living area is functional and cozy. A small steep staircase (with stair lift) leads to the bedrooms and the bathroom. There is also a small game room as an additional extra. Two bedrooms are connected with direct passage, but this did not bother us, as we were traveling with the family. The beds were extremely comfortable! Everything was very clean and we didn't miss anything. There is even a small garden area and the parking spaces in the courtyard are an absolute plus in the central location. We had a very nice holiday week in the Rote Haus. We had a nice walk in the area, enjoyed the town of Bad Münstereifel and the Klauskapelle (architect Zumthor) was really very special. The house is spacious, nicely furnished and equipped with every comfort. However, the house is quite close to a main road.

We loved our stay at Oak tree house. Very luxurious and only 15 minutes from the Nürburgring. Friendly and helpful hosts and locals are very friendly. Highly recommended 👍

Super nice family vacation! We were able to spend a long weekend with the whole family (6 adults, 3 children, a dog) in the beautiful accommodation. It was simply great, we lacked nothing: In the picturesque house there were sufficient sleeping facilities or space and especially the beautiful evenings in the cozy garden will remain in our memory for a long time.
