Our 1-room apartment (approx. 40 m²) is located on the ground floor of a listed house in the historic old town of Passau. The window side opens to a small, sunny garden – a quiet oasis in the middle of the city. Right outside the door begins the charming alley around Künstlergasse and Residenzplatz with many cafes and restaurants. The imposing cathedral and town hall are just a cozy five-minute walk away – ideal for culture lovers and city explorers.

The apartment can be used by up to four people. The accommodation is ideal to visit Passau (5 minutes) or Schärding (15 minutes). In addition, you can make excursions from here to the Bavarian Forest or the Mühlviertel. Our charging station for electric cars is also available.
