Living room with kitchen and a double bed. Upstairs is the bedroom with a single bed and a king size bed. Plus a pull-out bed if everyone wants to sleep separately. We live next door, no key problem, even the arrival time does not matter. We're close to the train station. Griebnitzsee and Wannsee. Free parking, including trucks. Pets welcome.

The cozy house with a large garden and sauna (fee fee) is located on the edge of the forest in the Märkische Schweiz Nature Park, just 50 km from Berlin-Mitte. The lovingly decorated house has a beautiful view of the forest, a large eat-in kitchen, fireplace and underfloor heating. In the village there are 3 lakes with natural swimming areas and an outdoor pool. Hiking in the nature park, cycling, reading in the hammock, grilling, relaxing, cooking together, sitting by the campfire or working in peace - all this is possible here.

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Zweinihaus - guest house surrounded by greenery

Our small guest house is well connected, but still far away from the hustle and bustle of Berlin. In the middle of the forest and only a ten-minute walk from Lake Müggelsee, our house offers the perfect accommodation for a short vacation in the countryside or for day trips to the city. Up to four people will find sufficient space on 30 m² and with the well-equipped kitchen, a private bathroom and fireplace, no wishes should remain unfulfilled. Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

120 sqm2 penthouse/attic apartment + sauna + fireplace

Diese wundervolle neue 120 qm2 grosse Dachgeschoss-/Penthousewohnung mit einer Sauna ist im Viktoriakiez (ruhige Lage) - 5 Min Fussweg zum S-Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz und 10 Min Fussweg zur Rummelsburger Bucht am Wasser. Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. Somit kann auch eine private Bootstour durch Berlin jederzeit bei mir gebucht werden.

Tiny House-Freuden im Spreewald

Unser Tiny House im Gemüsegarten ist voll ausgestattet mit Trockentoilette, Dusche und Küchenzeile. Der Wagen steht in der Mitte des Bio-Gemüsebaubetriebs "Gartenfreuden". Hier können sie den Charme des Landlebens genießen. Es gibt zwar einen eigenen Bereich zum Sitzen und entspannen, sie können sich aber auch im Baumhaus breit machen. Von hier aus erkunden sie den Spreewald mit dem Fahrrad oder die Calauer Schweiz zu Fuß. Der Bahnhof Calau befindet sich ca. 2,5km entfernt.

Das kleine Studio befindet sich in einer ausgebauten Scheune in der ich auch selber wohne.Die Scheune steht in einem schönen großen Garten.50 Meter entfernt fließt der Fluss die Dahme mit der Prieroser Schleuse.Also man kann außer mit dem Fahrrad,oder Bus oder Auto auch mit dem Boot kommen.Viele Freizeitbeschäftigungen sind möglich,schwimmen in den schönen in der Nähe liegenden Seen,Kanu oder Boot fahren,wandern in den Prieroser Wäldern.

Wooden hut in the idyllic nature park

In the nature park of Märkische Schweiz, in the pretty Waldsieversdorf, our wooden hut stands on a separate property. It is idyllically located on the edge of the forest of the Stöbbertal. The wooden hut is fully insulated, so you can live comfortably here even in winter. There is a 7 KW fireplace that gives you pleasant, long-lasting and cozy warmth with a few logs of wood. There is also an electric radiator in the bathroom.

Cozy, modern houseboat in Potsdam

Our houseboat is a cozy, modern fixed boat, which is located on a jetty of a campsite. The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over the Templin lake make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, fireplace and private sauna, we make our houseboat a fantastic retreat even in winter.

On an approximately 4,000 square meter property, in addition to the main house, which we live in ourselves, there are 3 wooden huts, which are individually and very tastefully furnished. Your hut is secluded in a corner of the property on an idyllic wooded property.
