Holiday rentals with breakfast in Schiavonea

I had a great experience at Casa Vacanze La Rosa Dei Venti! Sylvia and her mother Maria were incredible hosts. They left us fruit, coffee and breakfast pastries and brought us fresh tomato’s from their garden. The house was clean, comfortable and right in the center of town. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Terranova di Pollino and I will definitely be back!

We had a very pleasant stay. The host was discreet and tried to please us, which we thank you very much for! Maybe a blackout would be useful in the room, and you have to be prepared that the wifi is not stable. The accommodation is in a great location and very comfortable, we are glad that we could spend these few days here!

A very nice, well equipped small house with two large bathrooms and two bedrooms. Very suitable for a longer stay, also with family! From the bedroom you have a view of the sea, the beach is within five minutes walking distance, the residential area is pleasantly quiet. The hosts are super friendly, even provided for breakfast!

A place surrounded by the unspoiled nature of the pollen, a beautiful house for those who want relaxation and tranquility, about a half hour by car but a nice place to relax and regenerate, Enza was super welcoming and kind, upon arrival she made us find a delicious cake!!!! highly recommended!!!!

Antonella is a very special host! Extremely efficient communication, she was very kind and very helpful right away, she offered to let us check in earlier as the house was empty and also to let us leave the suitcases with you beyond the check-out time. He also proposed to give us the room with a terrace overlooking the sea since it was not occupied, even though we had booked the smaller one without a view. The house is located in a strategic location, a stone's throw from both the station and the beach, very close to downtown. Spotless cleanliness and tidiness. Absolutely recommended, I hope to go back!

A very pleasant vacation without problems of any kind. I wanted to get away from the city...this was my first wish...the Pollino park, combined with the great comforts of the house, met all my needs...

Really positive experience. Cozy and clean house, with all the comforts... and a beautiful fireplace. Mrs. Rosella is a truly exceptional host, always present and responsive, ready with the right information on places to see and places to shop or dine. To visit the Arbëreshe Museum of Culture in the village... Dr. Rosangela who accompanied us on the guided tour is very competent and passionate. Don't miss the restaurant Giardino delle Rose, the only restaurant in the village, where you can taste the excellent dishes at KM 0 by Mrs. Luigina. La Casetta di Rosella was the perfect location to spend a pleasant stay in this wonderful part of Basilicata, with 3 small children and 1 infant. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The apartment is very clean and large, it is located in a very quiet area, ideal for resting and enjoying nature. Its landscapes and mountain views are the most characteristic of the location. The only thing I would add to give it a plus is if it had WiFi that made it possible to work, I recommend the rest. I would go again. I would like to highlight the kindness with which they welcomed us and the attention from Paolo and his mother

This room was very nice. It is newly renovated, clean and comfortable. The shared kitchen is small and the other couple sharing the kitchen were smokers. Yes they sat at the window but it still smelt of smoke. The check in with Palo from the bar opposite was great. We had the light breakfast and also went to the bar for drinks. Palo and the other people were all very friendly. It is very close to the train but the noise doesn’t come from the trains. The traffic until early hours was not good. There was a festival on and that didn’t help. Maybe bring ear plugs.

Alice and Francesco are exceptional hosts. They have integrated their bnb seamlessly into the beautiful Pollino National Park. The accomodation is tastefully decorated and respectful of the buildings connection with her family. In our apartment was a freshly baked home made cake (which I thoroughly enjoyed), fruit, snacks, milk and more. We had our own small balcony and also sat in the shared back garden. It was very peaceful and quiet with fantastic views across the beautiful valley. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with river rafting (with River Tribe) and walks in the National park. There is a local Pizzeria restaurant which is great value. Thank you Alice and Francesco

A magical stay in barrio Viejo, with a friendly and dedicated host. Accommodation with everything you need and more, they even welcomed us with a homemade queque!

Everything was perfect. Very good service from Antonio. He answered me whenever I asked something. The place is just perfect! Centrally located, beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very good price. I recommend it to everyone!

Great location to walk to the very long seafront of Paola and, at the top, the historic center, but also to take advantage of the shuttle that allows you to get to the sanctuary more easily and comfortably, especially if you have little time (you have to book it in time, better the day before, so be informed). The room was comfortable and clean, as well as the bathroom.

very nice and cozy apartment there is a few stairs to climb to reach the house but it is worth it and the village is beautiful. Great for those looking for relaxation and tranquility. Antonello was always available like Valentina who accompanied us and gave us many useful directions also on places to visit. A really nice experience.

The accommodation is close to the old town, Cosenza can be perfectly explored on foot. Francesco is a great host, he is very helpful and immediately arranged a parking space for us. The room is clean and the kitchen has everything you need. We will be happy to come back!

The B&B stay was picture-perfect with a unique view of the mountains from the private as well as the breakfast terrace. In addition, the location of the accommodation is perfect as a starting point for hikes or a stop in the city. Parking is directly at the property and the kitchen could be used. The breakfast was very good, varied and always freshly prepared. Debora is a very welcoming host who reads every wish from your lips and has a lot of tips and recommendations ready.

This is a bed and breakfast with shared common spaces. Given the time of year, there was no one else to share it with. The place is fantastic. Breakfast was great Maria was very helpful in guiding us in, where to park, restaurant recommendations, etc. Mormanno is a lovely village, which was all lit up for the holidays. There is lots to do and explore in the area.

This place is fantastic. The pool is beautiful the room was spacious and clean. They even made us capachino in the morning. We will stay here every time we are in the area.

A lovely experience staying at Luca's place in a little village in the mountains overlooking the sea. Space was great with a private bathroom, wonderful breakfast, friendly hosts, and all the peace and quiet I needed. I spent about a week there, exploring Calabria and it's diverse areas. It was a genuine experience. Highly recommend without reservation. Thank you, Luca!

the rooms are clean and neat with a full bathroom. breakfast is provided in the mornings. you can expect a quiet, relaxing space in view of Mount Polino. nice little balcony to watch the sunset.
