Holiday rentals with breakfast in Schiavonea

I had a great experience at Casa Vacanze La Rosa Dei Venti! Sylvia and her mother Maria were incredible hosts. They left us fruit, coffee and breakfast pastries and brought us fresh tomato’s from their garden. The house was clean, comfortable and right in the center of town. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Terranova di Pollino and I will definitely be back!

Ein sehr nettes, gut ausgestattetes kleines Haus mit zwei großen Bädern und zwei Schlafzimmern. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt sehr geeignet, auch mit Familie! Vom Schlafzimmer aus hat man Blick auf das Meer, der Strand ist in fünf Gehminuten erreichbar, die Wohngegend ist angenehm ruhig. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich, es war sogar für Frühstück gesorgt!

Posto immerso nella natura incontaminata del pollino, casetta splendida per chi desidera relax e tranquillità, percorsi sul pollino distanti circa una mezzoretta di auto ma bel posto dove rilassarsi e rigenerarsi, Enza super accogliente e gentile, all'arrivo ci ha fatto trovare una deliziosa torta !!!! consigliatissima !!!!

Qs vacanza ci ha scaldato il cuore! L'accoglienza e la disponibilità di Maria e Tonino, hanno reso il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale. Lo scopo del viaggio sul Pollino erano i pini loricati, e l'alloggio é stato un perfetto punto di partenza per le varie escursioni. L'appartamento è estremamente pulito e silenzioso. Si trova sulla piccola strada principale del paese, abbellita da murales e ha nelle vicinanze tutto il necessario, bar, alimentari e panificio. Maria é una cuoca eccellente e ci ha fatto trovare una enorme crostata da sogno! La vacanza é stata breve ma intensa, ci porteremo nel cuore le immagini di luoghi meravigliosi insieme al calore e ai sorrisi delle persone che ci hanno accolto. Grazie!

Antonella è un' host davvero speciale! Comunicazione estremamente efficiente, è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile sin da subito, si è offerta di farci anticipare il check-in poiché la casa era vuota e anche di farci lasciare le valigie da lei oltre l'orario di check-out. Inoltre si è proposta di darci la camera con terrazzino vista mare poiché non era occupata, nonostante noi avessimo prenotato quella più piccola senza vista. La casa è situata in un punto strategico, a due passi sia dalla stazione che dalla spiaggia, molto vicina anche al centro. Pulizia e ordine impeccabili. Assolutamente consigliato, spero di tornarci!

J’ai séjourné chez Anton sur la route pour aller de Naples à Reggio di Calabria et tout était parfait. J’ai gentiment été accueillie par la maman d’Anton. L’appartement est très propre, paisible et fonctionnel. Il dispose d’un balcon offrant une très jolie vue et d’un grand lit. Le petit déjeuner inclu est complet et très appréciable quand on ne séjourne qu’une seule nuit. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Ci siamo trovati veramente bene, a partire dall'accoglienza prima di arrivare a casa da parte di Gabriele. Una volta giunti a destinazione, i genitori Antonio e Rosaria ci hanno accolto con calore e gentilezza. La casa è fantastica, spaziosa e immersa nella natura. Il casale ospita anche fantastici animali con i quali è un piacere condividere lo spazio mentre si è a casa. Ci si sente come a casa propria!!! Da ritornare assolutamente!

Una vacanza piacevolissima senza problemi di sorta. Volevo allontanarmi dalla città...questo era il mio primo desiderio..il parco del Pollino unito alle grandi comodità della abitazione hanno veramene soddisfatto tutte le mie esigenze...

El apartamento es muy limpio y grande, está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila, ideal para descansar y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Sus paisajes y vistas a la montaña son lo más característico de la ubicación. Lo único que agregaría para que tenga un plus es que tuviera wifi que posibilite trabajar, el resto lo recomiendo. Skøn lejlighed i en perfekt placering lige ud til stranden. Hyggeligt og roligt område og med masser af muligheder. Sød og imødekommende vært som var klar til at hjælpe. Perfekt sted at holde ferie.

Carmen is a five star host. She is very attentive to every detail to make sure your stay is pleasant. We were warmly welcomed by her and her daughter. There were snacks on the table and drinks in the fridge. Breakfast was plentiful with sweet and savory options. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were large. There is a kitchen space to have breakfast in this bed and breakfast. We rented the entire apartment (3 bedrooms) so we had pizza delivered and also ate our dinner there. We were warm in the month of December. The old historic center is quite charming in the Christmas season with lights, decorations and presepi (nativity scenes).

Alloggio pulito e completo. Zona tranquilla. Tanto spazio all'aperto, incluso parco giochi per i bimbi. Host cordiale e disponibile. Nel complesso una esperienza positiva.

This is a very beautiful, top floor, private space with a lovely view from the patio. Bruna and her daughter were wonderful hosts, making sure we had all the basics as well as breakfast and beverages. They prepared recommendations of nearby restaurants and it turns out the restaurant suggested "A Cantina Cosentina" was our favorite meal of the trip. There is an electric gate for the parking area and we felt very secure. There are 3 rooms, each with its own private bathroom and shower. One of the many extras that we really enjoyed.… Bruna encouraged us to pick lemons from the tree downstairs. It was the freshest and sweetest lemonade ever! We would highly recommend Bruna's place if you need a nice place to stay in the Cosenza area.

Abbiamo alloggiato in due adulti e una bambina per 7 giorni. La casa si presentava come da foto e descrizione pulita e completa di tutti i confort. Carmine ci ha lasciato il frigorifero pieno di frutta e tutto il necessario per la colazione. Dal balcone si gode di una splendida vista e il paese è accogliente. A pochi passi dalla casa è sempre possibile trovare parcheggio. Lo consiglio

appartamento molto curato ed accogliente c'è qualche scala da salire per raggiungere la casa ma ne vale la pena ed il borgo è bellissimo. Ottimo per chi cerca relax e tranquillità. Antonello è sempre stato a disposizione come Valentina che ci ha accompagnato e ci ha dato molte indicazioni utili anche sui posti da visitare. davvero una bella esperienza.

Der B&B Aufenthalt war wie aus dem Bilderbuch mit einer einzigartigen Aussicht auf die Berge von der privaten sowie der Frühstücksterasse. Zudem ist die Lage der Unterkunft perfekt als Startpunkt für Wanderungen oder eine Einkehr in der Stadt. Der Parkplatz ist direkt an der Unterkunft und die Küche konnte mitgenutzt werden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, abwechslungsreich und immer frisch zubereitet. Debora ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin, die einem jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abliest und eine Menge Tipps und Empfehlungen parat hat.

A lovely experience staying at Luca's place in a little village in the mountains overlooking the sea. Space was great with a private bathroom, wonderful breakfast, friendly hosts, and all the peace and quiet I needed. I spent about a week there, exploring Calabria and it's diverse areas. It was a genuine experience. Highly recommend without reservation. Thank you, Luca!

Maria Teresa was an amazing host — she was very flexible with check-in, which we really appreciated while traveling with children. Her instructions for parking and finding the property were very clear, and she met us to give us the keys and welcome us personally. Throughout our stay, she responded quickly to anything we needed. The home itself is beautifully preserved from the 14th century, yet very comfortable with modern amenities. It was incredibly clean and even more beautiful than the photos, with a stunning view of the sea. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, and the neighbors were very friendly. Parking was seamless — just a short walk from the property, with the option to temporarily park closer to unload. This is my grandmother’s hometown, and we would absolutely love to stay here again on our next visit.

Abbiamo pernottato una sola notte e siamo una famiglia con 2 bambini. Arrivati alle ore 14 ci è stata subito consegnata la camera ed è stato molto piacevole apprezzarla. Ambiente confortevole essenziale e funzionale. La camera era pulita ben disposta ed ordinata. Il letto comodissimo. Il borgo visitato a piedi è stato gradevole te apprezzato da tutta la famiglia. Al rientro dalla passeggiata abbiamo trascorso un po' di tempo in terrazza. Fatta mattina ci è stata servita in terrazza un'ottima colazione varia e ben curata. La padrona di casa, Antonella, è stata impeccabile sempre gentile e disponibile, ci ha trasmesso calma e serenità. Da ripetere.
